RESULTS Xiaocuoling at the concentration of 2.5、5.0、10.0g.kg-1 obviously inhibited the paws swelling induced by carrageenin in mice and the granuloma with cotten pellet in rats,decreased the penetration of blood capillary caused by histamine,increased the activity of peroxide hydrogenase in RBC,reduced the reaction of the torsive body induced by acetic acid in mice,and had no effects on the serum concentrations of testosterone of serum in male rats.

结果：消痤灵颗粒 2.5、5.0、10.0g.kg-1可显著抑制角叉菜胶所致的小鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿，降低由组胺诱导的小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的增加，提高红细胞过氧化氢酶的活力。对乙酸致小鼠扭体反应有抑制作用。对雄性大鼠血清睾酮含量无影响。

Results The decoction intragastric injection showed a marked suppressive effect on the normal and adranalectomized rat's hind paw oedema induced by carrageenin. In addition, at the dosage of 150g/kg, Smilax china ig reduced the content of PGE2 in inflammatiory tissue and the content of NO, MDA in serum, and the content of NO in inflammatory tissue at the dosage of 90, 150g/kg.

结果：拔葜灌胃给药能明显抑制角叉菜胶所致正常大鼠和去肾上腺大鼠足肿胀，150g/kg拔葜可降低肿胀足爪组织中PGE2及血清中NO、MDA含量，90、150g/kg拔葜可降低肿胀足爪组织中NO含量。

Methods Antipyretic action of CSC was observed on rabbit fever models induced by lipopolysaccharide and rat fever models induced by baker's yeast. Rat models with pedal swelling induced by carrageenin, mouse models with auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and mouse models with celiac capillary hyperpermeability induced by acetic acid were used to observe the anti- inflammatory action of CSC. Its acute toxicity in mice was also evaluated.

方法］采用细菌脂多糖致家兔发热、啤酒酵母致大鼠发热动物模型，观察穿心莲软胶囊的解热作用；采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加的动物模型，观察穿心莲软胶囊的抗炎作用，并对小鼠进行该制剂的急性毒性试验。
