OBJECTIVE In this study, we investigated the possible antidiabetic effect from the extract of Marine algae in diabetic rats.

在与大鼠血浆蛋白的结合中，clau的结合率平均为28.37±0.31（n=3，三个剂量5，10，20μM），clau的结合率平均为38.05±2.61（n=3），clau结合率低于clau；而在与兔血浆蛋白的结合中，clau的结合率平均为47.21±4.91（n=3，三个剂量），clau的结合率平均为41.43±5.21（n=3），clau的结合率略高于clau；在与牛血清白蛋白的结合中，clau的结合率也高于clau，立体选择方向与兔血浆蛋白结合相同，而与大鼠血浆蛋白结合相反，提示存在种属差异；在与系列浓度的牛血清白蛋白结合中，通过Scatchard作图法求得蛋白结合点数和平衡常数；在clau，N和K分别为90.02±35.76和5.326±1.196（n=4）；在clau，N和K分别为59.92±20.39和4.203±1.250（n=4），两者的比值分别为1.50和1.27；进一步说明clau对映体的蛋白结合存在立体选择性差异。

At different stages (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, 18 and 21 d after injection), the spontaneous behavioral abnormalities were observed. the changes in the contralateral rotations induced by apomorphine and the spontaneous behavior in the rats in the open-field tests were tracked.

Methods The diabetes mellitus rat model was induced by streptozotozin, and then apomorphine was administrated to set ED diabetes model.

Methods Wistar rats were fed with highfructose diet for 12 weeks to induce Type 2 diabetes meilitus. Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: a control group; a diabetic group; and a low (1 mg/kg), medium (5 mg/kg), or high (10 mg/kg) dose of arecoline groups.

Results The free gastric acid and quantity of total gastiric acid was significantly reduced under action of arecoline hydrobromide.

结果氢溴酸槟榔碱可显著减少胃游离酸及总酸量，降低胃蛋白酶活性；对小鼠应激性胃溃疡、大鼠乙醇型胃溃疡、大鼠乙酸型胃溃疡等具有明显的抑制和保护作用。

Results(1) Insulin secretion and mRNA levels of PDX1 were significantly decreased in rats with Type 2 diabetes meilitus compared with the control group.(2) Compared with the diabetic group, insulin secretion and mRNA levels of PDX1 were significantly increased in the medium and high dose of arecoline groups.

结果：（1）高糖作用引起Wistar大鼠胰腺β细胞PDX1 及胰岛素mRNA 的表达水平显著下降（P＜0.01）；（2）1 mg/kg和5 mg/kg槟榔碱处理能显著上调高糖喂养Wistar大鼠胰腺β细胞PDX1与胰岛素mRNA表达水平（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。
