MATERIALS: Twenty healthy male SD rats, out of which 15 ones were used to prepare the models of gastric mucosa injury through administration of absolute alcohol by gavage, and the other 5 were used as controls.

材料：健康雄性SD大鼠20只，随机选15只用无水乙醇灌胃法制备胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型，剩余5只为空白对照。

Methods:Celiac injection of Acetamide hyposulfite 300mg/for 2days to rat was used as an animal model of hepatorenal syndrome.

给大鼠腹腔注射硫代乙酰胺300mg/，共2天，制造肝肾综合征模型。测定大鼠血中ALT/GPT、CRE、UREA、TBL、NO、内毒素、ET及ATⅡ的量。同时测定16h尿量，并计算肌酐清除率。

The main collagens in skin are type I and III. In this research, total collagens were separated from rat skin by enzymatic digest and acetum methods. The collagens were denatured at 60℃ and digested with trypsin. Characteristic peptides typical for collagen type I and III were identified with high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry.

哺乳动物皮肤真皮中胶原蛋白含量约为70%，主要为是I型、III型胶原蛋白，本实验利用稀酸溶解和酶法提取了大鼠皮肤中的总胶原蛋白，将胶原蛋白粗提品在60℃变性后用胰蛋白酶进行降解，液相色谱/质谱联用法分析了两种胶原蛋白的特征多肽，利用特征多肽比较了不同生长期大鼠皮肤中I型和III型胶原蛋白相对含量。

将成年雄性sd大鼠15只随机分为5组(n=3)，手术切除大鼠双侧肾上腺，1 wk后取垂体前叶标本分别进行抗gap 43与抗促肾上腺皮质激素、促甲状腺激素、黄体生成素、催乳素、生长激素抗体的免疫组织化学双标染色，观察gap 43 li神经纤维与各腺细胞之间的关系。

The results showed that FR reduced the metabolic activation of AFB 1 in both rats and mice,causing the formation of ADA to decrease 43% and 31%,respectively.
