Methods: Twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group and model (high fat-fed) group. These rats were sacrificed at the end of 8, 12 weeks.

24只Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组和对照组（各12只），通过高脂饮食建立NAFLD大鼠模型，并在造模第8、12周末分批处死大鼠，同期设正常饮食组作为对照组。

Methods Thirty male rats were divided into 3 groups:control, high-fat fed, swimming group.The control rats were fed with common diet for 24 weeks.The high fat-fed group and swimming group were fed with high fat diet containing 55% saturated free fatty acid for 24 weeks . The swimming group began swimming for 50-60 minutes from 17th week to 24th week .The change of insulin sensitivity was valued by euglycomic-hyperinsulin clamp.

通过长期高脂高热量饮食喂养使大鼠具有胰岛素抵抗的特征，进行游泳干预治疗8周，高胰岛素正葡萄糖钳夹技术评价大鼠外周胰岛素抵抗程度，用RT-PCR检测大鼠骨骼肌肌肉素和GLUT4 mRNA表达的变化以及肌肉甘油三酯沉积度、胰岛素、血脂等代谢指标的差异。

Musclin mRNA expressionin the skeletal muscle was lower than it in high fat-fed group(P.01),GLUT4 mRNA expression in the skeletal muscle was increased compared with the model(P.05). Conclusion Rat can have many characters of insulin resistance by high fat high caloric chow.

大鼠经过游泳锻炼干预后，大鼠体重减轻，内脏脂肪含量减少，肌肉甘油三酯沉积度下降，胰岛素敏感性增高，大鼠血脂水平较高脂高热量组显著降低，骨骼肌肌肉素mRNA表达降低，GLUT4 mRNA表达增高。

本研究以清洁级近交封闭群SD大鼠为受者，Wistar大鼠为供者，各24只，建立大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型。

RESULTS: Compared with acupuncture and Chinese herb used separately, acupuncture and herb combination significantly decreased the level of reduced viscosity in whole blood, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation and erythroagglutination index..Significant increases of TMPH in the heart, liver and hind paw tissue except kidney were observed after the combined treatment, which also raise cAMP level in heart and liver.

结果：针药组大鼠的全血还原粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、红细胞聚集指数均较单纯针刺组、单纯药物组显著降低；单位时间内针药组大鼠体内(心脏、肝脏、病灶局部组织)盐酸川芎嗪含量明显高于单纯药物组，肾脏中却无明显增高；同时针药组大鼠心脏、肝脏中的cAMP含量明显高于单纯针刺组和单纯药物组。

METHODS Rats were administrated intra-abdominally swine serum to induce immune liver injury model and then were treated with tanshinol and matrine respectively.

将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、实验对照组、丹参对照组、苦参碱治疗1组和苦参碱治疗2组，后4组大鼠给猪血清ip，7wk以复制肝损伤动物模型，然后分别利用丹参注射液和苦参碱注射液对大鼠进行治疗，共4wk。

Rats were randomized into an experimental group (n=7), in which limbs were selectively perfused with a cooled isotone heparin solution at a limited flow rate before blood flow was restored, and a conventional group (n=7; uncontrolled blood reperfusion).

将上述7只大鼠随机分配到试验组中，在血流量恢复前，大鼠肢体选择性灌注冷却的等渗肝素溶液并限制灌注流速。常规组（7只大鼠）采用非控制性血液再灌注。

2Spatial learning and memory:In the cued condition, the avoidance latency in the colzapine-exposed group was significantly shorter than the control group in the block 2(p.05),however there is no difference on block 3 between two groups;In the place condition,the clozapine-exposed group prrferred to finding the submerged platform in the serial blocks(P.01);in reversal condition,the filial rats exposed the clozapine had no advantage on finding out the submerged platform in block2,3,4 except of the block l(p.01),the further statistic analysis reminded that it is just the first trial that the filial rats in clozapine-exposed group had the advantage to find out the submerged platform in reversal condition (F=4.86, PO.01).it isimplicated that the clozapine exposed in the gestation lead to the improvement on the acquiry and consolidation.however the acquired memory seems not to be maintained.

OI；提示用药组大鼠的子代记忆巩固能力较对照组好；固定平台再认定位实验中，用药组大鼠的子代首轮寻找平台的潜伏期较对照组明显缩短(F一巧。04，P 。01)，以后数轮成绩没有差别。进一步的统计显示，氯氮平孕期使用组大鼠在再认阶段仅仅是首个方向更快的发现平台(F二486，P.01)，提示氯氮平孕期使用提高了记忆的获取，但这种已经获取的记忆优势并没有得到保持。
