方法在雌性SD大鼠左胫骨内注射Walker256细胞(103/μl、104/μl、105/μl)后1、3、5、7、10、14天观察机械痛敏阈值和CO2激光热痛敏阈值的变化，与对照组大鼠进行比较，分析癌痛组大鼠出现痛阈降低的时间。

四君子汤、四逆散及甘麦大枣汤均可提高慢性应激大鼠的免疫功能，不同程度地降低大鼠血浆ACTH、下丘脑CRH及血浆CORT的含量，并可降低慢性应激大鼠下丘脑CRH mRNA和垂体ACTH mRNA的过量表达。

Methods Sixty adult healthy male Wistar rats were enrolled in the experiment. PTSD-like rat model was established by single prolonged stress. There was no SPS stimulation in the control group and the rats of the other five groups were undisturbedly raised for 24 hours, 4 days,7 days,14 days and 28 days respectively after SPS stimulation.The expressions of glucocorticoid receptors in the locus ceruleus nucleus of all groups were detected with Nissl staining, immunohistochemistry,Western blotting and PCR, and image analysis and statistical analysis were performed.

成年健康雄性Wistar大鼠60只，使用无连续单一应激方法建立PTSD大鼠模型，分别取SPS处理后24h、4d、7d、14d和28d大鼠蓝斑组织，同时取正常蓝斑组织作为对照，应用尼氏染色观察蓝斑形态，采用免疫组织化学、免疫印迹和RT-PCR方法分别观察及检测各组蓝斑神经元GR表达的变化，并进行图像分析和统计学处理。

Results Serum level of γ-Glutamyltransferase, alkaline phosphatase, bile acid were significantly higher in DEN exposure rats than those in normal rats, and radiated rats were lower than unradiated rats, but has no significant difference.

结果诱导的肝癌大鼠，血清中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶、胆汁酸较正常大鼠组明显升高，毫米波照射肝癌大鼠γ-GT、AKP、BA与肿瘤对照组相比略下降，统计学上各组间无明显差异。

Results AE from CM had vasodilating effect on the contracti on of mesentery blood capillary in guinea pigs and the contraction of rat thoracic aortic ring induced by l0μmol/L phenylephrine, even under the condition of pre-treating with glibenclamide (1μmol/L) or propranolol (3μmol/L). When the endothelium of the rat thoracic aortic ring was removed, AE from CM had not vasodilating effect hut constrictive effect. AE from CM could also increase the contents of NO, NOS and cNOS in the aortic tissue and had no obvious effect on the NO content in plasma and iNOS in aortic tissue of rats.

结果 桑白皮丙酮提取物有抑制去甲肾上腺素收缩豚鼠肠系膜微血管的作用，抑制苯肾上腺素(10μmol/L)收缩离体大鼠胸主动脉环的作用，预加优降糖或普蔡洛尔(3μmol／L)后仍然有松弛作用；大鼠胸主动脉环去内皮后药物无松弛作用，反而起收缩作用；显著升高血管的NO和NOS、cNOS含量，对大鼠血浆的NO和血管iNOS的含量影响不大。

Compared with SHRc , after 4 weeks, Pro-EGF mRNA expression level of SHRsv and SHRlv VSMC were significant lower.Conclusions: Valsartan decrease SBP of SHR, inhibit SHR VSMC proliferation, reverse vascular hypertrophy of thoracic aorta and mesenteric artery in SHR, improve the two arteries vasomotion function. Pro-EGF mRNA expression only in SHR VSMC, not in the VSMC of WKY. It indicated pro-EGF gene may play an important role in hypertension advance .

缬沙坦有效降压的同时，抑制SHR大鼠VSMC增殖，逆转其弹性血管和阻力血管的肥厚，明显改善其弹性血管和阻力血管的舒缩功能。pro-EGF mRNA只在SHR大鼠VSMC表达，而在WKY大鼠VSMC没有表达，提示pro-EGF基因可能在高血压的发生发展中起一定的作用，可能是高血压的一个病理机制。
