Objective To study the statement of immunoreaction of c Jun and functional recovery of spinal cord injury in rats after fetal spinal cord transplantation.Methods Experimental rats were divided into two groups:spinal cord hemisection injury combination with transplants of FSC to injured site group,and spinal cord injury that received gelfoam pledgets group.On the lst,3th,7th,14th and 28th day after operation,6 animals in each group at each time phase,were observed for their function recovery with the methods of praxiology and electro physiological examination,the animals were then sacrificed for the observation of the statement of c Jun reaction by immnochemistry method and computer image analysis system was used for quantitative analysis.

RESULTS: The extract of Aml could reduce the abnormally high levels of ALT and AST. Examined by light microscope , the degeneration and necrosis level of hepatocytes and the distribution of collagen fibrosis were markedly increased in the model group. The pathological changes and the c ollagen fibrosis associated with hepatic fibrosis decreased significantly in the prophylactically treated groups.

Objective:The study mainly utilize the raphanus which is a edible Chinese officinal herb and has little side-effect, easily accepted, steadly effect, and so on, to exploit its pharmacological value on gastrointestinal motility. By observing the effects of the crude extract of radishon the electrogastrogram,gastric emptying and small bowel peristalsis activity of the rats in vivo ,the effects of Ecr on gastrointestinal motility could be manifested. Furthermore, the contrast study about the effects of gastrointestinal motility was also observed among Ecr domperidone and prepulsid. The mechanism was explored by observing Ecr on the expression of Fos protein of the dorsal vagal complex.
