结果 抗早2号方对青春期雌性SD大鼠的体重增长有抑制作用，能明显抑制血清LH水平，使大鼠的子宫腺体发育延迟，卵巢内卵泡发育滞后，能使青春期雌性SD大鼠的下丘脑星形胶质细胞数量减少，体积缩小，使脑垂体分泌促卵泡生成素和LH的嗜酸细胞减少。

Methods The experimental arrhythmia models were induced with barium chloride (BaCl2),uabaina and aconitine in rats and cobayaes.The incidence rate and mortality rate of arrhythmia,the emergence time and the duration of arrhythmia induced with BaCl2 were recorded in rats pretreated with CASI (in dosages of 25,50, and 100 mg·kg-1 sublingual vein injection).At the same time,the dosages of uabaina and aconitine were observed when the ventricular premature contraction,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac asystole were appeard in rats and cobayaes pretreated with CASI (in dosages of 25,50, and 100 mg·kg-1 sublingual vein injection).

制备氯化钡(BaCl2)、哇巴因及乌头碱诱导的大鼠及豚鼠实验性心律失常模型，CASI按25、50、100 mg·kg-1分为3个剂量组，舌下静脉给药1次，不给CASI作为对照组，记录大鼠给BaCl2后心律失常的发生率、出现时间、持续时间及动物的死亡率；观察豚鼠及大鼠出现室性早搏、室性心动过速、心室颤动及心脏停搏时哇巴因及乌头碱的用量。

Results:The three groups of P77PMC rats which experienced 30 and less than 30 times of audiogenic seizure and the Wistar control group did not display MF sprouting in dentate gyrus, however, the group of P77PMC rats which experienced 50 times of AGS was found hippocampal MF sprouting into the inner molecular layer of dentate gyrus.

结果：在全身性强直阵挛性惊厥发作次数少于30次的P77PMC大鼠以及对照的Wistar大鼠海马内均未见到MF发芽表现；而在经历50次Ⅳ～Ⅴ级听源性惊厥发作的一组P77PMC大鼠海马内观察到了MF发芽的现象，在海马齿状回内分子层内见到Timm染色呈棕黑色颗粒异常分布的MF末梢。

The main peaks of the EEG power spectra were in delta and theta frequency range. In the stage of ethanol exposure, the rats exhibited much more act of attack than the control, the alpha waves of EEG decreased, while the delta waves increased. The EEG power spectra analysis showed the delta power increased and the theta power decreased. In the stage of ethanol withdrawal, the rats showed some withdrawal behaviors such as wet dog shakes, sniffing, groomingand tonic-clonic seizures for audiogenic stimulus. Spikes and spike-slow waves were found in the EEG. In power spectra analysis, the delta power decreased while the alpha and the theta power increased, the EEG frequency band moved to the high-frequency rang. These changes were found obviously on the sixth day and disappeared on the 1 Oth day after the ethanol was removed.

本研究发现：1、对照组大鼠行为无异常，伏核EEG以α节律为主，散在出现δ和θ节律；功率主峰在δ和θ频段范围，整个过程中未发现手术对伏核EEG及脑电功率谱有影响。2、在慢性饮酒过程中，大鼠攻击性行为增加，伏核 EEG的α节律明显减少，散在出现的高幅慢活动δ波逐渐增多，功率谱分析表明δ频段功率百分比明显增加，而θ频段功率百分比明显减少，总功率减少。3、停饮后，大鼠出现湿狗样抖动、打喷嚏等撤药综合症，并且高频声音刺激能引发惊厥；伏核EEG出现棘波和棘慢综合波，并持续增多，功率谱分析显示δ频段功率百分比 5 南京医科大学硕士学位论文逐渐减少，而0和以频段功率百分比逐渐增加，总功率增加。

In the long-period toxicity test, DCG was administered repeatedly for 60 days, the dose were 72.6,36.3,18.2 g/kg respectively(It refered to the dose of material,which amounted to 52.6,26.3,13.2 times of 50 kg human clinic use). There is no other abnormal changes about color patem,action,urine and stool,but cibation, hydroposia, body weight and index part of hematological and hematobiochemical parameters,coefficient and histomorphological figure of organs were examined during administration phase.The rats were examined in 21 days after the cessation of DCG, the abnormal changes of index was completely recovered.
