Methods All of 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups: control group (group A, n=10), diabetic group for 4 weeks (group B, n=14), and diabetic group for 12 weeks (group C, n=16). The diabetes model was established by the injection of STZ. After some weeks erection function was examined by apomorphine injection. The content of NF-κB in the erectile tissue was evaluated by immunohistochemistry staining. At the same time the activity of NE-κB was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay.

将成年雄性SD大鼠40只分为3组：A组为正常对照组（10只），B组为糖尿病4周组（14只），C组为糖尿病12周组（16只），采用腹腔注射STZ法制作糖尿病模型。B组大鼠于4周后，A组、C组大鼠于12周后通过注射阿朴吗啡后评价勃起功能，并取阴茎海绵体组织免疫组化EnVision法分析NF-κB的分布与表达，同时采用电泳迁移率变动分析法进行NF-κB活性检测。

The apparent weight of calcium,the length and weight of the rats,and the length,weight,bone density and calcium content of the femurs were measured in every group.

将SD大鼠随机分成6组，分别喂养氨基酸钙复合物、碳酸钙和低钙饲料，通过测量相应饲料喂养大鼠的身长和体重，钙表观吸收率，以及股骨的长度、重量、骨密度、钙含量指标，观察氨基酸钙复合物对SD大鼠骨密度的影响。

Preparation for drug serum: 20 Wistars mouses were at random divided intofour group that were fed with regular dosage baoganning (wascomposed of Milkvetch Root, Peach Seed, Baical Skullcap Root, WhitebackleafMallotus Root, Turtle Shell, Dan-Shen Root, RadixBupleuri, White Peony Root,Immature Bitter Orange,1.77g/ml),double dosage baoganning(3.54g/ml),Colchicine(0.05g/ml) and saline for seven days respectively. They were normalmouse serum,serum of baoganning regular dosage, serum of baoganning doubledosage and serum of Colchicine.

研究方法一、药物血清的制备：给正常20只Wistar大鼠随机分组，每组5只，采用血清药理学方法，分组给予保肝宁(由黄芪、桃仁、丹参、黄芩、鳖甲、柴胡、白芍、枳实等组成)等剂量煎剂(1.77g／ml)，保肝宁二倍剂量组煎剂(3.54g／ml)，秋水仙碱(0.05g／ml)灌胃7天，正常对照组大鼠给予生理盐水，常规方法制备含药血清及正常大鼠血清。

Results:MCP had antipyretic effect on big rats with fever caused by yeast and antiindlammatory on rats with plantar inflammation caused by egg white and carrageen and auris inflammation caused by dimethylbenzenne.It also had inhibitory effect on tampon granuloma and cough caused by ammoria.

结果 ：麝香牛黄丸对酵母致热大鼠有解热作用；对大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖肿和小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀有明显的抗炎作用，对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成有一定的抑制作用，并能减轻氨水导致的咳嗽。

To observe pharmacological effects of Zangqingguo Houpian on antibacterial effect in vitro,2,4-dinitrophenol induced fever in rats,the croton oil induced swelling in mouse's ear and carrageen induced WBC movement in rat chest,rat granuloma induced by tampon,acetic-acid-induced twisting test in mouse and prednisolone acetate caused immunosuppressive mice.

采用体外抗菌、对2，4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热、巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠胸腔白细胞游走、棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生、冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛、醋酸泼尼松龙致免疫低下等模型，观察藏青果喉片的药效学作用。

Methods:stimulating the animal model of rats with the experimental prostatitis by injecting carrageenin into rat prostates.We compared the model group with other groups which had taken Nanyanxiao granule,and made pathological examination of prostate.

采用向大鼠前列腺组织内注入角叉菜胶的方法复制大鼠前列腺炎模型，并分别对模型组及口服男炎消冲剂后的大鼠组进行前列腺组织病理学检查。

Methods Animal inflammatory models were established by injection of dimethylbenzene for mice ear swelling, carrageenin for rat footpad, cotton pellet wool for rat granuloma respectively. The content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and leukotriene B4(LTB4) from peritoneal macrophages were measured by RIA and RP-HPLC respectively.

This study demonstrated that KA administration in a convulsant dose could result in spontaneous recurrent seizures and permanent disturbances of behavior and cognition in old rats (P25、P60) which brains were in mature. However temporal and reversible effects occurred in rat pups (P5、P15) in immature brain.

一次给予惊厥剂量的KA可诱发脑发育成熟大鼠（P25、P60）出现自发癫痫发作，但在脑发育未成熟大鼠（P5、P15）中未见有自发癫痫发作；KA致痫对脑发育成熟大鼠造成的认知行为异常持久而不可逆，但对脑发育未成熟幼鼠认知行为的影响则持续时间短而可逆。

The study of mechanism of its anti-inflammationThis experiment shows that NTL can inhibit the edema of hind paw induced by fresh egg white in adrenalectomized rat, reduce the weight of thymus in rat, increase the content of hepatic glycogen ,but decrease eosinophil of mice through experimentalstudy of effect of NTL on edema of hind paw induced by fresh eggwhite in adrenalectomized rat, weight of thymus in rat, content ofhepatic glycogen and eosinophil of mice. The results indicate that NTL has the analogous function to cortin.

抗炎机理研究通过虎斑游蛇对去肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀、对大鼠胸腺重量和对小鼠肝糖原含量及对小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞数量影响的实验研究，表明虎斑游蛇能够抑制去肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀，使小鼠胸腺的重量减轻，增加小鼠肝糖原的含量而减少嗜酸性粒细胞的数量，提示虎斑游蛇具有肾上腺皮质激素样作用。
