采用侧脑室注射瘦素的方法成功建立了厌食症动物模型。其方法为先给大鼠侧脑室置管(以300g左右大鼠为例，套管针埋在前囟后1.5cm，旁开1.5cm，深度4.0mm比较合适)，大鼠置管并正常饲养1周后，给大鼠脑室注射瘦素每日1次共7天，剂量10μg/kg/20μL，注射速度约1μL/min。

Methods: Apinoid wistar white rats ,quality standard was about 200 ? 30 gram (belong to SPF animal in experimental animal center ,FMMU)were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was gived hypodermic injection at a dose of 0.3ml/100g by 60 percent carbon tetrachloride olive solution every four days and drinked 50ml/L ethyl alcohol. we would divide course of cirrhotic rats models into three stages : early stage (the 25th day) is fatty degenerationnecrosis ;middle stage (the 45th day) is proliferation of fibrous tissue ; advanced stage (the 65th day) is formation of pseudolobuli .

实验方法：h级Wistar大鼠，质量在200士309之间（第四军医大学实验动物中心 SPF动物人随机分为实验组门 8只）和对照组只人实验组用 60％四氯化碳橄榄油溶液按 0.3ml／100g体重皮下注射，每四大一次，饮用5％乙醇，参照韩德五等将肝硬变大鼠模型分期，人为地将肝硬变大鼠病程分为H期：早期（第25大）脂变坏死期；中期（第45天）纤维增生期；晚期（第65天）假小叶形成期。

30 Wistar rats were fed by fat milk of 1ml/100g. After three weeks adipositas Wistar rats with high levels of TC, TG and LDL, and low level of insulin sensitivity index were selected from 30 Wistar rats. T2DM model of these rats were established by vena caudalis injection of STZ, 30 mg/kg. Rats model with large vessel injury of obese T2MD were confirmed by observation of pathological change of aorta thoracica arcual.

雄性Wistar大鼠30只，每日用自制的脂肪乳1 mL/100 g灌胃，3周后挑选总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白增高，胰岛素敏感指数下降的肥胖大鼠，空腹6 h，尾静脉快速注射链脲佐菌素30 mg/kg，1周后血糖值高于16.7 mmol/L的大鼠作为T2DM模型，于成模后3周及6周观察胸主动脉弓的病理改变，证实T2DM大血管损伤模型复制成功。

T2dm model of these rats were established by vena caudalis injection of stz, 30 mg/kg. rats model with large vessel injury of obese t2md were confirmed by observation of pathological change of aorta thoracica arcual.

摘 要：目的：通过分析耐力训练后一次力竭性运动大鼠部分自由基指标的变化来探讨补充茜草提取物抗氧化、提高机体抗疲劳能力的可能机制。方法：通过建立大鼠递增大强度耐力跑台训练实验模型，测定了大鼠力竭时间、心肌织某些生化指标和抗氧化酶活性一以及血清皮质醇、醛固酮、血浆心钠素影响。

In Wistar rats, latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05); and latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 2-week transplantation was prolonged (P.05); while latent period of b-wave in scotopic maximum response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05). In RCS rats, amplitude of a-wave in scotopic rod response and photopic response after 4-week transplantation was increased (PO.05); while latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 4-week transplantation was shorten (PO.05).Conclusion 1.
