A method for the determination of aloin and aloe-emodim in aloe vera was established based on multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry in wavelength range of 350-450nm with a regression equation.

结果从黄药地上部分的95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分中分离得到了5个化合物：黄药苷(1)、torachrysone(2)、大黄素(3)、大黄素-1-O-β-D-葡糖苷(4)和β-谷甾醇(5)。
