In order to satisfy the high production cultivation technology of the soybean,a high speed,single plate type suction seed metering device has been developed.The experiment of gantry performance indicated that the single qualified rates of inner and outer rows are bigger than 90.00%;the leak rates and re-plant rates are lower than 10.00% under the 0.004 MPa vacuum condition and the 1.17r·s~(-1 rotation speed of planting plate.

为满足大豆&暗垄密&高产栽培技术而研制了高速单盘精密双条气吸式排种器，该机台架性能试验表明：在真空压力为0.004 MPa条件下，排种盘转速低于1.17 r.s-1时，内、外条单粒合格率均大于90.00%，漏播率和重播率低于10%，分条性显著且排种性能稳定，能够满足大豆双条高速精密播种的要求。
