METHODS:A little ethanol was first used to saturate the powder of Radix puerariae lobatae to make the pueraia isoflavone desorbed adequately,and then hot n-Butanol solution was added to make the ethanol inside Radix puerariae lobatae begin to boil and the extraction was intensified.

由于大豆异黄酮与葛根异黄酮在丁醇中的溶解度有较大差异，因此浓缩过程中可采用分步蒸发浓缩结晶，浓缩除去部分溶剂后，结晶分离出大豆异黄酮，最后蒸干结晶母液，得到葛根异黄酮。

The results showed that: biomass in the Melilotus suaveolens is the highest in four green manure; after pressed four green manure in the Green the cotton fields, soil organic matter,nutrients are available certain influence; after Melilotus suaveolens and soybean pressed in the soil,organic matter increased by 8.58% and 1.01%;four green manure pressed in the soil available nitrogen increased by0.30%-5.96%,except soybean, the soil available potassium of the other three dealt is 1.08 times that of the control; the role of rich potassium in Rape and Oil sun flowers are even more significant .

研究结果表明：四种绿肥中草木樨的生物量最高；四种绿肥翻压后对土壤有机质和速效养分含量均有一定的影响，其中草木樨、大豆翻压后土壤有机质分别提高了8.58%，1.01%；四种绿肥翻压后土壤速效氮提高了0.30%-5.96%，除大豆外，其它三个处理的土壤速效钾含量平均是对照的1.08倍；研究发现油菜、油葵的富钾作用较为突出。

Many methods on extraction and separation are determinated by different characteristics of soybean major antigen protein,such as isoelectric precipitatio,cryoprecipitate,salt fractionation,ionic strength and immunization and so on.Influential factors of extraction and isolation include pH of buffer solution,ionic strength,moity and so on.

Our work reported here are aiming at improving nitrogen and water use efficiency in wheat/maize, faba bean/maize, pea/maize and soybean/maize intercropping through field experiment.The main results obtained were as the following:(1) Land equivalent ratio was greater than 1.0 for faba bean (Viciafaba L.)/maize (Zea mays L.) intercropping regardless of nitrogen fertilizer application or not. Based on grain yields production, LER of pea (Pisum sativum L.)/maize intercropping was over 1.0 in spite of nitrogen fertilizer application, while LER was higher than 1.0 only when nitrogen fertilizer was applied based on biomass production. However, LER in soybean (Glycine max L.)/maize intercropping was smaller than 1.0 both nitrogen applicationa and no nitrogen application. In wheat Triticum aestivum L.
