The hemispheres of the brain display clear functional differences. Language and speech, brief duration stimuli, and detailed information are processed in the left hemisphere in most individuals. The right hemisphere appears to process information in a more holistic fashion, preferring spatial and tonal information. Lesions to Wernicke's area in the dominant hemisphere result in a receptive language deficit with relatively intact speech fluency, whereas damage to Broca's area results in loss of speech fluency. Damage to the arcuate fasciculus connecting these two regions will result in conduction aphasia, and damage to all of these regions will produce global deficit .

结果(1)脑血管梅毒1例，脊髓痨2例；(2)3例血和脑脊液的梅毒抗体均为阳性；脑脊液蛋白含量增加、细胞数增多；(3)脑血管梅毒患者MRA及DSA显示左大脑中动脉M1段闭塞；左大脑前动脉及左大脑后动脉通过皮层支向左大脑中动脉供血区代偿供血；(4)2例脊髓痨患者头颅及胸髓MRI无特殊发现，肌电图及周围神经活检不支持周围神经受损。

Results:(1) cerebrovascular syphilis 1 case, tabes dorsalis 2 cases;(2) mall cases. Serum and cercbrospinal fluid syphilis antibody reaction showed positive; CSF protein content was increased significantly, and cells in creased (3) MRA and DSA of cerebroascular syphilis show that Mi segment of the left middle cerebral artery is blocked. The left posterior cerebral artery and the left anterior cerebral artery compensate blood supply for the left middle cerebral artery through the conical branch.(4) MRI of head and thoracic cord was normal in 2 cases of tabes dorsalia. Result of EMG and biopsy of suml nerve not manifest damage of peripheral nerveous system.

结果：(1)脑血管梅毒1例，脊髓痨2例；(2)3例血和脑脊液的梅毒抗体均为阳性；脑脊液蛋白含量增加、细胞数增多：(3)脑血管梅毒患者MRA及DSA显示左大脑中动脉M1段闭塞；左大脑前动脉及左大脑后动脉通过皮层支向左大脑中动脉供血区代偿供血；(4)2例脊髓痨患者头颅及胸髓MRI无特殊发现，肌电图及周围神经活检不支待周围神经受损。

In our research,Wistar rats and SD rats which were parathyroidectomized were used as donors and recepients respectively.The parathyroid gland of the Wistar rat were allografted into the cerebroventricle and other different sites of the brains in SD rat s tereotaxically. 本研究以Wistar大鼠作为供体，切除甲状旁腺的SD大鼠作为受体，在立体定位下将同种异体的PTG移植到大脑的不同部位，设计了侧脑室-内分泌系统移植的代替途径，比较了侧脑室内移植和脑实质内移植的异同，通过测定血清Ca~(2+)的浓度、组织学检查、组织化学和免疫细胞化学以及电镜观察对移植后PTG组织的存活、血管的再生、单核细胞的浸润、CNS内胶质细胞的变化、对免疫系统的影响及免疫排斥的机制进行了研究，结果如下：一、同种异体PTG侧脑室内移植与脑实质内移植的比较：血清Ca~(2+)的检查发现，PTG侧脑室内移植后第7天，血清Ca~(2+)的浓度恢复到8mg％以上，一直持续到移植后第8-12周；移植后第12周仍有60％移植PTG的动物血清Ca~(2+)维持在正常水平。
