Nowadays the scholars of other countries have developed many algorithms,this dissertation sums up these classical traffic incidents detection algorithms and indicates that these algorithms are mostly based on other countries freeways' detection data and their main limitation is that the algorithms are lack of replantable and auto-adaptable, while our freeway has great differences with other countries in traffic flow, traffic makeup and road establishment and so on.
