Result There was no significant difference to the number and length of parenchyma cell in the uppermost internode between Shuangdi Pei eS and Shuangdi S in meiosis and dikaryon pollen stages;there was significant difference to those in tikaryon pollen stage, and there was very significant difference to those in anthesis and the 7th day after anthesis,and on the 7th day after anthesis,the difference to the number and length of parenchyma cell in the uppermost internode between Shuangdi Pei eS and Shuangdi S was the greatest.

长穗颈双低培eS与双低S穗颈节间薄壁细胞数及细胞平均长度在减数分裂期和二核花粉期差异不明显，于三核花粉期差异达显著水平，始花当天和始花后第7天均达极显著水平，其中始花后第7天时两者的差异最大。

RESULTS: Sarcomeric actin positive cells were observed in 1 week, 2 or 3 weeks after 5-aza treatment. Results showed that DCF with different dosages could increase the frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes markedly,except the first injection of the dosage with 5 and 10 mg/kg,every group caused an increase in the frequency of nuclear abnormality erythrocytes,the effects in cell membrane and cytoplasm were less than the effects in karyon by DCF,and the most toxicity was exhibited after the second injection.

结果表明，注射DCF后所有剂量组均能引起中华蟾蜍红细胞微核细胞率显著升高；除5，10mg／kg剂量组在第1次注射后较对照组低外，其他注射剂量和次数均引起核异常细胞率升高，DCF对细胞膜与细胞质的影响小于其对细胞核的影响，在4次注射中以第2次注射后对红细胞的毒性效应最大。

Following PAS staining, glycogen in hepatoma carcinoma cells mainly expressed near to unilateral cytoplasm surrounding nuclei, showing strong positive expression in the positive control group. Big karyoplasmic ratio and weak expression of glycogen in cytoplasm were visible in the embryonic hepatic progenitor cell group.
