RESULTS:Isoalantolactone exhibited excellent anti-proliferative activities on HeLa, SHIN3 and HOC-21 and HAC-2 cell lines, while 1-O-acetylbritannilactone and britannilactone demonstrated weak anti-proliferative activities on HeLa, SHIN3, HOAC-21 and HAC-2 cell lines even at the concentration of 100 μmol/L. The apoptotic rate in isoalantolactone group with the concentration of 12.5 μmol/L was higher than that in PBS group.

The granitic enclaves in the central-facies porphyroblastic lava are subvolcanic rocks with forming age of 134.2±1.9Ma. There is another intrusion of subvolcanic rhyodacitic porphyry with age of 136.0±2.6Ma, in the contact zone of the two volcanic cycles in the western part of the Xiangshan complex. The U-Pb ages of the sub-quartz-monzonite porphyry and lamprophyre are 129.5±2.0Ma and 125.1±3.1Ma, respectively. This suggests that the extension in the Xiangshan region, began in K〓, was week, and earlier than that in the coastal region of Zhejiang and Fujian provinces. Extension in K〓 in Xiangshan and neighboring regions was much stronger, forming NE striking large red-downfaulted-basins.

In all,10 patients were cured after mean follow-up 15.3±12.8 months.The causes of RFCA failure were demonstrated in surgical operation.In 3 patients without structural heart disease,ablation catheters were not located in distinct target sites during ablation of 2 left posteroseptal pathways and 1 right posterior wall pathway.In 2 cases of Ebstein?s anomaly,ablations were failed by serious tricuspid regurgitation and AP at epicardium.In one case with rhumatic valvular disease,ablation catheter did not achieve mitral annulus because of pathologic changes.Other 4 cases with congenital heart disease were associated with anotomical anomaly and serious hemodynamic disturbance.
