The numerical results show that: the stress distribution on contact surface is relative to the relative velocity of sliding block and friction coefficient, and the maximum relative error of stress can be 100.08%. The non-linear Stribeck friction model can better describe the real situation of contact surface, because of the consideration of impact of the relative velocity to the friction.
