ABSTRACT Turbo code is a powerful error correcting technique that has been used in many fields such as deep space communications, wireless mobile information transmission, digital subscriber loop, and large capacity magnetic storage.

Turbo码是一种具有极强纠错能力的差错控制编码技术，它已经被广泛地应用于诸如深空通信、移动无线传输、数字用户环路以及大容量磁存储系统等许多的领域。

With this technology the multimedia information can be displayed while it is being downloaded, so that the users do not have to waste their time when downloading, and there will be a redically reduced need in the system memeory capacity, and then the multicast technology of the streaming media transmit technology has more advantage, it has the functions which can transmit a stream for a group of client without any delay or broadcast storm. Therefore it can inprove the availability of the network system.

流媒体以边下载边播放的特点，不但除去了用户漫长的下载等待痛苦，而且极大地降低了对系统存储容量的需求，同时流媒体传输技术中的组播技术具有更大的优势，它能让媒体服务器同时向多个客户端发送连续数据流而不产生延时，而且又不会产生广播风暴，极大地提高了网络利用率。

KT-CAMERA is a video monitoring system self-developed by KingTeller.Through the integration with ATM hardware and software,this system may monitor the face of cash drawer and cash outflow,manager adding cash and exterior surroundings by ATM inner monitoring camera head,and save the monitoring information, card number,transaction amount and date.A variety of types will be available for searching and monitoring, and the centralized monitoring can be realized through real-time uploading,timing uploading and instant reading types.The system has big capacity and can save 30-90 days'record.Once some man-made damages occur ,it will bring vibration or noise or send out message to inform ATM administrator and automatically send out the signal for help.

KT—CAMERA是御银股份自主研发的一套视频监控系统，该视频监控系统与ATM的硬件和软件结合起来，通过ATM内部监控摄像头，监控提款人面部、出钞过程、管理员加钞过程及外部环境，并将监控信息与卡号、交易金额、交易时间等联系信息保存，根据多种方式进行查找及监控，并可以通过实时上送、定时上送、即时调阅等方式进行集中监控；系统存储容量大，存储30-90天记录，一旦发生人为破坏即可产生振动或响声，或以短信通的方式通知ATM管理员，自动发出呼救信号。

The major contributions of this thesis include:(1) proposing a new kind of optimal feedback control, followed by its application to chaos targeting and stabilization of high period unstable periodic orbits ;(2) stabilization of unstable fixed point in chaotic systems using some kind of nonlinear feedback control, and giving sufficient condition for the existence of the controller as well as the synthesis procedure;(3) analyzing the robustness of optimal control in chaotic Lur'e systems under the help of H〓 control theory;(4) finally and most importantly, introducing a novel method of information storage based on discrete time chaotic systems as the application of chaos control, and systematically studying different schemata for implementation, providing a theoretic basis for the design of such new kind of information storage devices with large capacity.

本文的主要工作包括，提出一种新的最优反馈控制，并将之应用于混沌引导控制及混沌系统高周期不稳定周期轨道的镇定控制；针对不动点镇定控制的一类非线性反馈控制器，文中给出该类反馈控制存在的充分条件及设计步骤；文中还利用非线性H〓鲁棒控制理论对Lur'e混沌系统中的最优线性反馈控制进行鲁棒性分析；最后，也是最重要的，作为混沌控制的应用，文中提出一种基于离散时间混沌系统的信息存储方法，系统地分析、研究了实现这种信息存储的不同方案，为以后进行这种新型大容量存储器设计提供了一定的理论依据。
