The second chapter descriptive analyzes the source, structure, level and style of the college students' consumption. There is difference in the consumption level of the college students. The college students' consumption is no longer a single structure , it presents the diverseness. Their consumption style is dualism——the scientific and reasonable modern characters and consumption style of consumerist.

第二章从消费水平、消费结构和消费方式等方面对大学生消费情况进行了描述性分析：大学生消费水平存在着层次性和差异性；大学生消费不再是单一的结构，而是出现了多样性；大学生消费方式具有双重性——既有科学、理性的现代消费特征，又倾向于消费主义消费方式。

The result showed that: firstly, they had the hame view on the purpose of the scholarship with the authorities and people's expectation and most university students were satisfied with the system of the scholarship, but the students who were not satisfied still were of large proportion; secondly ,the students inclined to believe that the encouragement of substance can arouse people's enthusiasm better than the encouragement of spirit, and most students wished to have money as a form of incentive; thirdly, in the choice of career students showed some differences due to the difference of gender, professional and urban or rural where they are from, however, on the views of social status, the vast majority of students did't want to be willing to engage in a poor but noble career.

结果显示：其一，大学生对奖学金目的的认识，从总体上讲与国家的期望一致，在对奖学金公平性的认识上，多数大学生对学校奖学金制度表示满意，但是不满意者仍然占了很大的比例；其二，大学生倾向于认为物质鼓励比精神鼓励更能调动人的积极性，且希望获得的奖励形式以金钱居多；其三，大学生对择业条件与择业地域的选择因性别、专业、城乡不同而存在一定的差异，但在对社会地位的认同感上，绝大多数大学生不愿意从事甘于清贫而高尚的职业。

As far emotional interference is concerned, this article studies the principles and solutions of suicide crisis to prevent the students from suiciding; helps the students overcome the low-spirited periods in their lives; provides the interferer with the guideline in theory and practice.

本文试图从情绪干预角度，研究大学生自杀干预的情绪规律，探讨大学生自杀干预的情绪规律及对策，有效地防御大学生自杀情绪产生，帮助大学生顺利跨越人生情绪低谷时期，给干预工作以理论上和实践方法上的指导。

At first, defined the goal and principle of the graduates unemployment security system; Then by compared the unemployment insurance system and unemployment social salvation system, points out that now establishing the graduates unemployment insurance system is not advisable; from reviewing other countries'experience and our country's actual graduates employment policies, unemployment social salvation system is necessary and possible .At last conclude that such a basic-incorporate graduates unemployment security system should be set up: the government salvation as the base, incorporate the existing employment policies, social salvation and social participancy etc, ensure the unemployed man's living, at the same time develop employment salvation service just like careers guidance training service and so on, the government, the college and graduate individuals should undertake these responsibility together ,and it should be supported by the whole social forces.

大学生失业已经成为一个社会问题，它增加了巨大的潜在社会压力与社会成本，影响社会的稳定；失业保障制度作为一种被动的失业治理政策有其存在的理论基础；政府与社会是大学生失业问题的责任主体，政府公共管理责任与政府战略选择，就自然应竭力减少大学生失业对社会长期发展的威胁，而我国现行失业治理机制在大学生失业保障方面严重缺失；比较而言，目前很多国家都已具备较成熟的青年及大学生失业保障体系，因此必然要求我国尽快建立起大学生失业保障制度体系。

Chapter four: based on the problems in government, employers, college and students, in this chapter, the author constructs the "quaternity" operating system. The government fully plays the role of macro-control, the employers actively participate in the cooperation with colleges, colleges take further steps in education and instruction reform and college students enhance the self-training and improvement of their social practice abilities.

第四章：基于政府、用人单位、高校和大学生在培养大学生社会实践能力中存在的问题，本章构建了政府、用人单位、高校和大学生"四位一体"的培养大学生社会实践能力的操作系统：政府要充分发挥宏观调控作用，用人单位应积极参与高校的合作培养，高校应进一步深化教育教学改革，大学生要加强社会实践能力的自我培养与提高。

The problem existing in the psychological health education cannot be ignored.Faced with the situation, this thesis discusses and does research on strengthening and improving College students' psychological health education from the following three parts. The first part illustrates the definition, history development and future tendency of College students' psychological health education. Meanwhile, it emphasizes the importance and necessity of College students' psychological health education. The second part illustrates the current situation of College students' psychological health education both home and abroad and subjectively introspected.

面对这一现状，本文分三部分对加强和改进大学生心理健康教育进行了相关论述和研究：第一部分阐述了大学生心理健康教育的涵义，历史发展及未来趋势，同时强调了大学生心理健康教育的重要性与必要性：第二部分阐述了大学生心理健康教育的国内外现状并进行客观反思，重点指出大学生心理健康教育中存在的主要问题，并分析这些问题产生的原因：第三部分，这是本文的重点部分，也就是如何加强大学生心理健康教育。
