Based on investigation about 1200 college students' interpersonal association, theory of psychology and advices from experts, this research analyses the college students'sense of interpersonal association efficacy. The result demonstrates the sense of college students'interpersonal association efficacy consists of six aspects:intimation efficacy, self-impression efficacy, benefit-other efficacv,connection efficacy, mood-control efficacy, self-value efficacy.

本研究通过对近1200名大学生人际交往状况调查研究，依据心理学的相关理论并结合专家建议，分析了大学生人际交往效能感，结果表明大学生人际交往效能感由六个维度组成：亲合效能自我印象效能、利他效能、沟通效能、情绪控制效能、自我价值感。

A study on subjective well-being of the college students will enrich the theoretical contents of Positive Psychology, and the result of subjective well-being study will help direct mental health education efficiently and improve the level of body-mind health of college students. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance.

Specifically, the science-majored college students tender to mastery goal orientation. In the test of mastery goal, the junior students get the highest score; the senior undergraduates get the lowest score. There shows a tendency that mastery goal firstly gets strengthen and then gets weaken gradually along with the grade elevation in the college students. In avoid performance goals, the junior students get the lowest score, the senior undergraduates get the highest score. There shows a tendency that avoid performance goals firstly get weaken and then get strengthen gradually along with the grade elevation.

具体表现为：理科大学生更倾向于掌握目标定向；在掌握目标上，大三学生得分最高，大四学生得分最低，大学生掌握目标随年级升高呈现出逐渐增强又减弱的趋势；在成绩回避目标上，大三学生得分最低，大四学生得分最高，大学生成绩回避目标随年级升高呈现出逐渐减弱又增强的趋势。

This article has proposed a need-oriented education philosophy, which is "entire, staged, synchronized and packaged" towards the university students' career development, by means of on-the-spot investigation, summating the characteristics of the current university students'demand in career development, and analyzing the factors which may affect the university students' career development counseling.

通过实地调查，总结当前大学生对职业生涯教育的需求特点，并分析影响大学生职业生涯教育的因素，提出基于需求导向的&全程、分段、同步、配套&的大学生职业生涯教育理念。

To do well the cooperation study, it may arouse the enthusiasm which the student studies, develops student's learning capability, enhances the classroom efficiency, moreover can raise student up-to-dateness and so on each other contact, unity cooperation, fair competition.

搞好合作学习，它可以调动大学生学习的积极性，发展大学生的学习能力，提高课堂效率，而且能培养大学生彼此交往、团结协作、公平竞争等现代意识。

In order to meet the requirements of the needs of the times, the author, after so many years' practical work, has probed into a creative method to college students' ideological and political education in terms of the innovation of the college students' ideological and political education creating comparative educational method, using the transposition thinking method, expanding the activity vectors, conducting soul communication and emotional inspiration.

为了使大学生思想政治教育工作适应时代发展要求，就大学生思想政治教育工作创新问题，笔者经过多年的工作实践，探索出了一条大学生思想政治教育&创设比较教育法、运用换位思考法、拓展活动载体法、利导心灵交流法、引导情感激励法&的创新方法，既具有明显的教育效果，又富有人性化。

The results were as follows:(1) The structures of the SLCS consisted of two independent factors, viz. Self-Competence and Self-Liking, and ratio of variance of self-competence was higher than self-liking.(2) The SLCS had adequate item validity, homogeneity reliability, construct validity and discriminative validity.(3) Self-competence of male undergraduates from arts and humanities showed higher than female ones, but self-competence of female undergraduates from engineering and technology showed higher than male ones.

结果发现：(1)删除原量表4个项目后由16个项目构成的&自我喜爱感／自我能力感量表&由自我能力感和自我喜爱感两个维度构成，且相对于自我喜爱感、自我能力感对中国大学生特质自尊结构具有更强的解释力；(2)中国大学生群体应用该量表具有较理想的项目区分度、内部一致性信度、构想效度和区分效度；(3)男女大学生的自尊体验在总体上无显著差异，但文科类男生的自我能力感显著高于女生，而工科类女生的自我能力感显著高于男生。
