The adsorption properties of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid, p-tuluenesulfonic acid, p-chlorobenesulfonic acid and 4, 4'-dinitrostilibene-2, 2'-disulfonic acid onto the macroporous weak base anion-exchange resins were investigated. The influence of pH, salt and temperature on the adsorption equilibrium was also studied.

The results indicate the membrane prepared in pure water coagulation bath exhibits fingerlike structure, with an increase of the volume fraction of ethanol in coagulation bath leads to a reduction of fingerlike cavities, and in ethanol/water coagulation bath of φ=40% exhibits spongelike structure; the melting points of the fingerlike and spongelike membrane increase by 3.9℃ and 3.5℃ compared to that of raw material respectively, and the crystallinity of the two type membranes increases by 16.1% and 13.5% respectively.

结果表明纯水凝胶浴中所成膜为指状多孔膜，随着凝胶浴乙醇体积分数的增加，膜指状大孔逐渐消失，在φ=40%的乙醇／水凝胶浴中转变为海绵状多孔膜；指状多孔膜和海绵状多孔膜熔点相对于原料分别提高了3.9℃和3.5℃，而结晶度相对于原料分别提高了16.1%和13.5%。

结果表明纯水凝胶浴中所成膜为指状多孔膜，随着凝胶浴乙醇体积分数的增加，膜指状大孔逐渐消失，在φ=40%的乙醇/水凝胶浴中转变为海绵状多孔膜；指状多孔膜和海绵状多孔膜熔点相对于原料分别提高了3.9℃和3.5℃，而结晶度相对于原料分别提高了16.1%和13.5%。

We select pharmacodynamics index, establish animal model, and carve availability group according to pharmacological experiments. And draw a conclusion that the 60%EtOH extr. is availability group. In this group, 15 compounds have been isolated, 13 are identified, 6 are the first isolation from Galium verum L., 2 are the compounds that no document reports. Most of the compounds are flavonoids, others are organic acid and anthraquinone.

Gingerols in ginger oleoresin were separated by AB8 macroporous adsorption resin and silica gel column chromatography. The samples were characterized by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method.The peak area normalization method was used to determine the relative percentage of the components and the rate of accumulation of gingerol was determined by contrasting with gingerol standard samples. The results showed that gingerols was concentrated on the 3rd and the 4th parts.
