Methods The model of AD and ovariectomized rats was established by transecting hippocampal fimbriafornix and OVX. Morris Water maze was used to test the ability of learning and memory function in each group. The expression of ChAT mRNA was measured by RTPCR separately in different cerebral regions of rats.
