Methods40 adult male SD rats were used in this study and divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, TNY treatment group, and negative control group, each group had 10 rats. The subacutely aging rats were made by injecting Dgal into the rats' abdominal cavity continuosly. The learning and memory ability of rats in each group were detected with Morris water maze. The monoamine transmitter contents in hypothalamus and hippocampus were detected with HPLCECD.

方法选用成年雄性SD大鼠40只，随机分为4组，每组10只：正常组、衰老模型组、TNY用药组、阴性对照组。D半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型，采用Morris水迷宫检测各组大鼠的空间学习记忆能力及采用高效液相色谱电化学法检测各组大鼠下丘脑、海马NE，DA，5HT的含量。

METHODS: Two groups of rats ［allograft group and syngenic graft group］ underwent limbal transplantation and healthy rats were taken as normal controls. The muscle fiber density influence on the shearing force was only inferior to the muscle fiber and myofibrils diameter. Mensurate the IFA from tectology angle may reflect in intramuscular fat content. However intramuscular fat was not enough to carry weight on the shearing force, it may mostly affected on the smack, but not the tenderness expression.

猪骨骼肌组织学特性与肉质性状的关系肌纤维和肌原纤维直径越小、肌纤维密度越大、肌节长度越长，肉色鲜红；肌节中暗带比例越大，肉色偏白，而明带比例大，肉色偏红；适量的脂肪含量可以改善肉的亮度；肌纤维直径和肌原纤维直径对骨骼肌剪切力的贡献率最大，呈明显的线性相关，肌纤维密度对剪切力的贡献率仅次与肌纤维和肌原纤维直径；从组织形态学角度测定肌内脂肪面积比一定程度上可以反映肌肉内的脂肪含量，而肌内脂肪对肌肉剪切力的贡献率比较微弱，对肉食用品质的影响可能更多表现在改善肉的风味，而不是嫩度的表达。

The results show that mechanical heterogeneity has great influence on the J-integral of welded joint containing transverse crack. The J-integral on the path cross the interface between welded joint and base metal is higher than the J-integral on the paths in the weld metal for undermatched joint,while the J-integral on the path cross the interface between weld metal and base metal is lower than the J-integral on the paths in the weld metal for overmatched joint. Moreover,the difference of J-integral values increases with the increasing of the load and strength mismatching difference and the path-enclosed length of interface between weld metal and base metal.

计算结果表明：力学不均匀性对含横向裂纹焊接接头的J积分有重要影响，低匹配焊接接头中积分路径穿越焊缝与母材界面的J积分值高于积分路径在焊缝内的J积分值，高匹配焊接接头中积分路径穿越焊缝与母材界面的J积分值低于积分路径在焊缝内的J积分值；载荷越大，焊缝与母材的强度差别越大；积分路径中包含的焊缝与母材界面长度越大，J积分的差值越大。

Intra-portal alopecia was observed in all rats which received 30 Gy and some rats which received 20 Gy. The abnormal neurological signs were not found in all the rats, but the tend of body weight increase was less pronounced in 1-3 months in the irradiated rats than those unirradiated.

In groups B and C, expansion and vacuolization of mitochondria, swollen neurons and apoptotic bodies appeared, which suggested that WBH could induce neuron injury, and the neuron injury in group C was more severe than that in group B.

结果A组大鼠海马区神经元无Caspase-3表达，B、C两组大鼠海马区神经元有Caspase-3表达，B组较C组Caspase-3表达平均灰度值减小。B、C两组大鼠海马神经元超微结构发生改变、细胞器水肿，部分线粒体空化，内质网稀疏，突触前膜、后膜结构不完整，可见自噬体结构；B组大鼠的神经元超微结构损害较C组轻。
