FSN can raise AA rats low LTT of spleen to normal nearly, remedy the disorder of Th/Ts and Th1/Th2 cells balance in peripheral blood, restrain exorbitant TNF-α、IL-1 produced by PMφ, thereof exert anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation effect.(3) Inside the lesion joints, FSN can depress abnormal hyper-expression of TNF-αmRNA and NF-kB in synovial tissues, as well as advance the expression of Caspase-3 (a proteolytic enzyme of apoptosis), reduce synovial immflammation and proliferation.(4) FSN can lower the expression of VEGF in synovial tissue, reduce neogenetic veins, so inhibit the growth of pannus tissue and the damage of cartilage and bone by that.(5) The above effect of FSN are in proportion to its dosage. Conclusions: FSN has inhibitory effects on symptom and condition of experimental RA, which is better than TWP as a whole.

结果：(1)FSN有明显的抗炎作用，可显著抑制AA大鼠足跖肿胀与多关节炎，改善大鼠的全身情况，同时明显减轻病变关节滑膜炎症与增生，防止关节软骨及骨质的破坏，其综合作用优于TWP；(2)FSN还能使AA大鼠低下的脾LTT恢复至接近正常，纠正外周血中T细胞亚群Th/Ts及Th1/Th2平衡紊乱，抑制大鼠PMφ过高的TNF-α、IL-1分泌，而发挥抗炎和免疫调节作用；(3)在病变关节局部，FSN能显著抑制AA大鼠滑膜细胞异常增高的TNF-αmRNA的表达，降低滑膜组织中NF-kB表达，并增加凋亡蛋白酶Caspase-3表达，从而抑制滑膜的炎症与增殖；(4)FSN还可下调滑膜组织中VEGF表达，减少血管新生，由此抑制血管翳的形成及其对软骨和软骨下骨的侵蚀；(5)FSN的上述作用皆呈现一定的量效依赖关系，高剂量组作用优于低剂量组。

然而，钻孔灌注桩施工中，目前最为普遍采用的是圆形断面桩基，一般采用大口径圆形基桩工程钻头，由于国内生产的泥浆泵、钻具及钻进方法等因素的限制，从而使钻孔破岩面积和体积过大，造成孔底沉渣过多，排渣困难且排浆量大，重复破碎问题突出，混凝土灌注量大，直接反映为钻进效率低、钻头磨损快、施工工期长、材料能耗和劳动消耗大、工程成本较高、桩基荷载能力与体积比不合理、综合经济效益不理想等，这些问题严重影响和制约着钻孔灌注桩施工技术的发展和进步。

The results are: 1 the stricture of the capillaries of stria vascularis was observed in most cochleae of rickety rats and, segmental deletions of the outer hair cells on the first turn of cochlea were found in a small number of rickety rats; 2 the perilymphatic ionized calcium concentration significantly re- duced and the threshold of CAP (Compound Action Poten- tials of the eighth nerve) significantly rose in rickety rats in comparison with those of normal control; 3 gentamicin results in an increase of the perilymphatic ionized calcium concentra- tion in rickety rats; 4 the cochleae of the rickety rats appeared to be less vulnerable to the ototoxicity of gentamicin than the normal one.

研究包括两个方面，其一是&佝偻病的感觉神经性耳聋及其对庆大霉素耳毒性作用的耐受性&，系用大白鼠建立维生素D缺乏性佝偻病动物模型，发现：（1）佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗血管纹毛细血管狭窄，少数动物耳蜗底回外毛细胞有节段性缺失；（2）佝偻病大白鼠的耳蜗鼓阶外淋巴钙离子浓度降低，CAP（听神经复合动作电位，以下简称CAP）听阈提高；（3）庆大霉素可使佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗外淋巴钙离子浓度上升；（4）佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗在功能和形态上都比正常者更能耐受庆大霉素的耳毒性损害。

第一小节在第一、二部分的基础上详细分析了我国劳动者竞业禁止制度所存在的几大问题，这几大问题包括：对竞业禁止的概念及适用条件规定不明，提供了滥用的可能性、立法之间存在冲突、立法过于原则、缺乏可操作性等；第二小节，针对我国劳动者竞业禁止制度存在的问题提出建议，首先对劳动者竞业禁止统一进行了全新的界定，确了企业应保护利益的范围，解决了竞业禁止制度被滥用的最大问题；确立了劳动者竞业禁止立法的几大原则，包括平等原则、利益平衡原则、合理限制原则、对价补偿原则、社会公共利益优先原则、离职原因不影响竞业禁止条款的原则等，对劳动者竞业禁止制度进行原则上的规范并以原则为指引对该制度将涉及的某些内容进行了细化的规定；对劳动者竞业禁止制度体系进行重构，从在职竞业禁止、离职竞业禁止两大角度将制度具体化、统一化、操作化，此部分旨在为完善我国立法提供参考。

objective:to investigate the influence of soybean isoflavones on the antioxidative effect and improving the ability of study and memory in climacteric rats.methods:forty-eight female sd climacteric rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with one control group and the other low,medium and high dose groups,which were given soybean isoflavones 0 mg/kg.bw,42 mg/kg.bw,83 mg/kg.bw and 249 mg/kg.bw by superalimentation daily for 60 days respectively.the levels of sod,gsh-px and mda in serum were measured,and the ability of study and memory in each group was deterimined by adopting the law of diving platform.results:the content of serum mda in medium and high dose groups was lower than that in control group.the activity of serum gsh-px im medium and high dose groups was significantly increased,so was the activity of serum sod in low,medium and high dose groups.conclusion:soybean isoflavones do have the obvious effect of antioxidation,and improve the ability of study and memory effectively in female sd climacteric rats.

目的：观察大豆异黄酮对更年期雌性sd大鼠抗氧化作用及学习记忆的影响。方法：选用健康更年期雌性sd大鼠，随机分成空白对照组和低、中、高剂量4组。空白对照组给予蒸馏水，实验组每日分别灌服42、83、249 mg/kg剂量的大豆异黄酮，连续60d。第60d取血测定血清过氧化脂质丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力，用跳台实验方法测定大鼠学习记忆能力。结果：与空白对照组比较，中、高剂量组大鼠血清mda含量显著降低，低、中、高剂量组血清sod活力明显升高，中、高剂量组血清gsh-px活力明显升高。结论：大豆异黄酮具有明显的抗氧化作用，并有效提高更年期雌性sd大鼠的学习记忆能力。

The paper point out the problems of the consumption structure of Yanbian urban residents through studying it: the percent of food consumption expenditure is relatively large; the consumption structure between people who have different income have great difference; compared with the developed areas in our china,the consumption structure of Yanbian is different; the percent of residents savings deposits is relatively large;Meanwhile, through studying the consumption structure of Yanbian urban residents, we also can fina that:The overall income level of residents is low; Distribution gap of income is too large; industrial structure is unbalance; population aging and unharmony of the consumption environment and so on ,which is the fundamental reason why caused these problems.

本文通过对延边城镇居民消费结构的研究，指出城镇居民消费结构中存在的问题：食品消费支出中的粮食消费支出偏大；不同收入群体消费结构差异较大；与发达地区消费结构差异较大；居民储蓄存款比例偏大。并且通过分析发现：居民整体收入水平偏低；收入分配差距过大；产业结构失衡；人口老年化和消费环境不和谐等因素，是引起这些问题的根本原因。
