Bubble nucleating and porosity were improved by adding lignin granule, and cell size of the polyurethane foam was decreased. Not only physical property but also thermal property of the material were enhanced. Compared with soft polyurethane foam, tensile strength of lignin reticulated polyurethane foam was raised by 140% at most which lignin content was 5%, and the heat-degradation temperature at the first stage was 50℃ more than soft polyurethane foam which lignin content was 10%. There had been a great improvement in heat resistance of the material. It was showed that weight of biological film reached to 10000 mg/L and 12100 mg/L when the lignin content of the polyurethane foams was 5% and 8% respectively via 30-day biofilm formation testing.

实验结果表明：1，4-二氧六环对木质素的溶解能力是最好的，可使木质素均匀分散在聚氨酯泡沫塑料中；木质素颗粒的加入可改善发泡过程的成核作用，提高聚氨酯泡沫的开孔率，降低泡沫孔径，并且能提高材料的力学、热学性能，与软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料相比，木质素含量5%的聚氨酯泡沫塑料拉伸强度最大可提高140%，木质素含量10%的聚氨酯泡沫塑料发生第一阶段失重的温度提高了50多度，材料的热稳定性大大提高；经过30 天的挂膜测试，木质素含量5%和8%的聚氨酯泡沫塑料的挂模量可分别达到10000 mg/L和12100 mg/L。

Children asked questions out of curiosity and therefore their inquiry is used to provide suggestion, offer doubts, lead for discussion, and ask for supports. Secondly, in the beginning reading period, children use illustration and give impromptus performance to guess and predict the plot of story. During the discussion period, children respond in six ways. Children ask more questions on the previous problems. The reading texts are used as basis for clarification and rational explanation for unreasonable points. Children's reading experience, their life experience, and self-creative stories are used to provide detailed explanation on contracted and unclear reading texts. Thirdly, children's response on reading can be divided into two types: concrete and abstract. Concrete responses include practical suggestion, illustration imagination, and plot deduction. Abstract responses include discussing characters' feelings, conversing about imagination outside the texts, and exploring and metaphors.

When I'm satisfied with the general volume a shell modifier helps me to give thickness to the piece. In this phase, I don't usually bother that much about every single rivet, hole or cut, I just try to develop a good quad topology of the main volumes. Of course the topology is done by taking count of the main cuts and holes, but the rest can be done easily with a normal or bump map. It's up to you to decide how much a single detail is worth to be modeled or can it be put into a bump map. I usually adopt a "comfortable" criteria...it means that if something looks tricky to me to be carved or extruded into an existing geometry I usually put it into a normal map. When you make something for production, you don't usually have much time to model everything, so you need to set priorities.

当我对整个盔甲的体积感满意之后，一个shell修改器就可以帮我给整个盔甲添加厚度，在这个阶段，我通常不会考虑太多那些细小的铆钉，洞眼或者切边，我只是给整个的模型确立一个好的四边形拓扑结构，当然拓扑是通过重视主要的切割和打洞来形成的，但其余那些细小的部分可以用一个normal 或者bump贴图很容易地模拟出来，这由你来决定到底一个细节是值得建模还是放到一个bump贴图里面，我通常采用一个&舒服&的标准，也就是说，如果有什么东西对我来说，在已有模型上再挤出或者开洞是非常麻烦的，那么我就通过Normal贴图来表现，而当你为商业生产制作模型时，你通常都没有足够的时间来把任何东西都建出来，因此你需要设置重点。

Based on the theory of human subjectivity, A Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs and Objective management, the thesis emphasize the self-management in junior high school. Starting with analysis of the present situation, the thesis investigate the functions of performing self-management. From her own experience as a headteacher, the author gives a sutle analysis of the way to promote the socialization of students, the way to optimize class management and the way to foster citizens for the future. The methods, measures, steps and results for self-measurement are introduced according to her class management stages (i.e. management under guidance of headteachers, cooperation between teachers and students, self-management by students). Finally, the remaining tough issues during her experience are dissected and the author gives suggestions to perfect the management patterns.

本文以主体性理论、马斯洛需要层次理论、目标管理理论为依据，阐述了在班级管理中实施初中生自主管理的重要性；从目前初中生特点、初中班主任工作现状入手，分析当今班级管理的现实；从促进学生的社会化、优化班级管理效果、培养未来社会公民等方面分析了实施初中生自主管理的作用；从自己作为第一线班主任教师的工作实际中，分别介绍了班主任导管、师生共管、学生自管三个阶段实施初中生自主管理的手段、方法、具体措施及取得的成效；最后分析了自主管理实施过程中存在的诸多问题，为进一步更好的进行管理提出了建议。
