In many methods, PLS is a useful method for dealing with the collinearities.This paper discusses and researches the method of PLS, and mainly does following several aspects.First, the harm of the collinearity in the regression model is discussed, and several methods of dealing the collinearity are introduced.

本文对偏最小二乘法进行了探讨和研究，主要做了以下几方面的工作：第一，本文提出了多重共线性问题，讨论了共线性在回归建模中引起的危害，并介绍了处理多重共线性的几种常用方法。

Under the higher-dimensional situation, it introduces mainly the multiple integrals formulas on some standard areas, the multiple integrals formula by the methods of sampling, the reduction of dimensions and the boundary type cubature with a certain algebraic precision, and calculate multiple integrals with the methods of number theoretical net and so on.

在高维情形下，主要介绍了一些标准区域上的多重积分公式，用抽样法来求多重积分，具有代数精度的降维展开式和边界型求积公式，以及用数论网格的方法来计算高维积分等。

Since the multiple scattering should be considered, the scattering problem of many-cylinders is more complicated than single cylinder. By using scattering matrix method to solve the scattering problem of many-cylinders, first we have to express the incident fieldand scattered field by special function（for example, Bessel function and Hankel function）under cylindrical coordinate, then use the addition theorem of special function to get a linear system of equations to relate the incident field coefficients and scattered field coefficients. The incident and scattered field coefficients for every cylinder can be solved from the linear equations by matching electromagnetic boundary condition pointwisely.

单颗圆柱散射体的散射场解析解很早就被解出，而多个圆柱阵列的散射场问题因为涉及到入射光在圆柱与圆柱间的多重散射，故散射行为较单颗圆柱的散射复杂，因此圆柱阵列的多重散射问题需要利用加法定理来处理；散射矩阵法的主要精神即是先用圆柱座标下的特殊函数对平面波和圆柱散射体的内外域电磁场做无穷级数展开，再藉由特殊函数的加法定理将所有圆柱散射体的展开中心移到同一个展开中心，最后可以得到一组连结整个散射系统的入射电磁场系数及散射电磁场系数的线性方程组，将该组线性方程配合电磁场在散射体边界的连续条件，便可分别求出圆柱阵列中各个圆柱体的内部电磁场与外部散射场，再利用线性叠加原理即可求得整个圆柱系统的全域电磁场分布。

This is the second year report of a three-years project and objectives of this year include: 1 to organize a symposium on impact of implementing ICD-10 on cause-of-death statistics in Taiwan; 2 to submit series of papers according to the conclusions from the symposium; 3 to complete a preliminary report of multiple-cause-of-death analysis; 4 to construct different formats of MCOD datasets and procedures of releasing; 5 to develop the standard tabulation lists for morbidity statistics for hospitals of different levels in Taiwan with empirical data support; 6 to setup the electronic user-friendly equivalent mapping system for Taiwanese users; 7 to introduce recent development of using ICD-10-CM in the US and in Australia; 8 to invite experts from the US and Australia to hold a workshop on experience of using ICD-10 in hospitals and claims data for health insurance.

本年度是三年计画的第二年，拟达成的工作项目包括：1举办ICD改版对台湾死因别死亡率影响之学术研讨会；2完成台湾使用ICD-10对死因别死亡率分析之影响系列论文；3完成台湾多重死因分析结果初稿；4完成台湾多重死因统计资料释出之流程与说明手册；5完成不同层级别医院疾病别服务量统计列表清单分析结果；6建置ICD-10-CM与ICD-9-CM五位码对照表电子书；7完成澳洲与美国医院使用ICD-10-CM之现况报告；8举办研讨会邀请澳洲与美国学者来台介绍ICD-10-CM。

In this paper the event tree is used in the analysis on cascading failures and by use of probability approximation theory of rare event the probability order of multiple failures is divided, thus the screening process of multiple failures can be simplified.

A multiplex PCR assay for detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 was developed by using 3 sets of primers that specifically amplify segments of the rfbE、fliC and eaeA genes. The target genes fragment of the PCR assay were 291 bp, 625 bp and 368 bp, respectively. Analysis of 30 strains demonstrated that this PCR system was specific.
