Yesterday I went to jiaxing city and met an American man who teaches the Cambridge English .after that ,I have much idea in my mind .not only the height of America, but also I was shocked by the way to teach English .firstly, their demand of discipline is not more rigorous than ours.but It doesn't means I agree with this point .after all,it is just a class for interesting.and the student was so excited because of novelty.but the point I need to think is if I was too strict on the discipline.some months ago I wouldn't care how noisy as there was a blatancy in the classroom.

这个星期天去听了一节课，是一位外教的课，感受颇多。当然，那外教的身高对我的震撼，这里就不累述了。首先是，人家对课堂纪律的要求显然没有我们高。不过，这并不代表我认同这样的观点。首先，这只是一节兴趣课，其次，上课的孩子由于新鲜，话也挺多。但由此而想到的是，我有没有对课堂纪律苛求了。以前的我对这方面不太注意，其实到现在也还是放得比较宽。不过我开课的时候，有人提出，下面这么乱七八糟的，哪像上课。我的理解是，这要看学生在干什么。如果是扯山海经，那么是绝对不允许的。但如果是讨论学习问题，我是绝对同意的。

For assisting identification of crude drug Herba Dendrobii. Methods Morphological and histological studies were carried out on 11 medicinal plant roots in Dendrobium Sw. by microstructural observation. The 11 species were divided into three groups according to their stem morphology: a pair fleshy-stem group, including D. chrysanthum, D. crepidatum, D. primulinum, D. hercoglossum, and D. crystallium; b thick-and rigid-stem group, including D. fimbriatum and D. aurantiacum var. denneanum; c node-or inter- node- bulgy-stem group, including D. findlayanum, D. gratiosissimum, D. pendulum, and D. wardianum. The surface descriptions of velamen were conducted for D. fimbriatum and D. aurantiacum var. denneanum which are similar in characters of cross section.

Abstract］This paper studies the animation industry by exploring European animation festivals panoramically from the perspective of aesthetic economy and space economy. It is found that semiotic products with great semiotic meaning are not a kind of transcendental presentation but daily reality in the aesthetic economy and space economy era. The animation industry, which is focused on cultural and creative content producing, is a rising industry in which the animation festival is not only the exhibition of traditional commodities but also a creative arena of meaning produce. The restructuring of place for European animation festivals is followed the basic requirement of aesthetic economy and space economy, since the festivals add new semiotic meaning and cultural elements to the original places.

从审美经济、空间经济的视角，以动漫节为研究对象，对欧洲动漫产业发展所形成的文化与市场景观进行一种全景式的考察后，可以发现：在审美经济的时代，以符号意义为主的符号产品不再是超验的表象，而是日常生活的实在；以文化创意内容为核心的动漫产业已经成为新兴产业；其中，作为符号生产与传统商品集中展示的动漫节，更侧重于深入开发动漫及其衍生产品的审美价值，使动漫节不仅仅流于纯粹的小商品集市，而在于创造更多的符号意义，丰富动漫节的多种内涵；动漫节举办地的地点重构适应了空间经济发展的内在要求，动漫赋予不少城镇以全新的符号内涵，创造了各种形态的地点神话，从而促进空间经济的城市发展。
