We present a patient with multiple seborrheic keratosis-like lesions on the trunk with characteristic pathologic findings, which is first reported in Taiwan. The histology showed hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, and papillomatosis accompanied with acantholysis in the superficial epidermis.

我们报告一个病人在躯干有多个类似脂漏性角化症病灶，病理显示角化过度、棘层肥厚、有乳突瘤状增生以及上层表皮有棘层松解，与国外文献报告雷同，然而首次报告於台湾落叶性天庖疮病人。

Domenstic and abroad academicians have disclosed the influence mechanism of these factors from different aspects, including the gene polymorphism and gene mutation in genetics, which are a susceptible factor for cardiovascular complication in type 2 diabetes patients; the dysfunction of endotheliocyte, the metabolic disorder of lipid, and dysfunction of vascular smooth muscle, which can lead to the formation of arteriosclerosis;the formation of immune complex,which can also accelerate the destruction of artery paries;the sctivation of protein kinase C and the dysfunction of platelet, which may ultimately result in the formation of thrombus and influence the function of cadiac muscle cells.

其中主要包括：遗传学方面的基因多态性和基因突变，二者均是2型糖尿病合并心血管疾病的一个易感因素，内皮细胞功能障碍、脂质代谢异常及血管平滑肌细胞功能异常均可导致动脉粥样硬化的形成；免疫复合物的形成可加速动脉壁的破坏；蛋白激酶C的激活及血小板功能受损最终导致血栓形成并影响心肌细胞的功能。

Methods The cognitive impairment rat model was induced by hypodermic D-galactose injection and half fat feeder (6 weeks), the Morris water maze was used to screen the model rats, which were divided randomly into 4 groups (12 rats in each group): the model group, the hydrochloricdonepezil group (0.4 mg/kg, weight, sic passim), the low-dose Huannao Yicong Fang group (7 g crude drug/kg), the high-dose Huannao Yicong Fang group (14 g crude drug/kg), they were treated respectively by intragastric administration. Besides, a control group of 12 rats was set up, they were given tales doses of distilled water. After 4 weeks, the behavior of the rats was detected, the contents of plasma P-selectin and PAI-1 were measured by ELISA, also the hemorrheology was measured.

采用皮下注射D-半乳糖及喂饲半高脂饲料（6周）的方法造成大鼠认知功能障碍，Morris水迷宫行为学测试确定模型成功的动物，随机分成四组（每组12只：模型对照组给予等量水，盐酸多奈哌齐组（0.4mg/kg，体质量，下同），还脑益聪方低剂量组（7g生药／kg），还脑益聪方高剂量组（14g生药／kg），同时灌胃给药，并设立正常对照组，给予等量水。4周后，对大鼠行为学检测，应用酶联免疫法检测大鼠血浆P-选择素及PAI-1含量和血液流变学各项指标。

两个供试辣椒品种之间的光合特性略有差异，佳木斯对低温弱光的反应比陇椒2号敏感，尤其随光照降低，其光合作用显著降低。6、低温弱光胁迫下，辣椒叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛含量都有不同程度的提高，在偏低温下，随着光照减弱，相对电导率和丙二醛含量差异不显著；在极端低温下，随着光照进一步减弱，相对电导率和丙二醛含量明显提高，随着处理时间延长，同一温度下，随着光照降低，叶片丙二醛含量也显著增加，由此可初步判断，低温是导致细胞膜脂过氧化的直接原因。7、经偏低温较弱光21～23℃／8～10℃、150μmol·m~(-2·s~(-1)处理后，辣椒叶片的超氧化物歧化酶活性变化与对照无显著差异，但随着温度、光强的逐步降低和处理时间的延长，SOD、POD活性显著降低。8、在偏低温较弱光下，辣椒能积累更多的脯氨酸，增强渗透调节，减轻低温冷害。
