In order to study the protection of β-carotene and vitamin C against the transformation of human lung fibroblasts cell induced by nickel sesquioxide, HLF cells were treated repeatedly by different concentrations of Ni2O3 in vitro.β-carotene (5.4mg/L) and vitamin C(1.8mg/L) were added into the media containing Ni2O3 (1.0mg/L) respectively. The identification of malignancy of the transformation of HLF cell was carried out by the tests of ConA and the growth on semisolid agar culture. The results showed that Ni2O3 could induce the malignant transformation of HLF cell. The transformed cell proliferated rapidly.

为了探讨三氧化二镍(Ni2O3)诱导人肺成纤维细胞恶性转化作用以及β-胡萝卜素和维生素C的保护作用，用不同浓度的Ni2O3在体外多次处理HLF细胞，利用刀豆凝集素A凝集实验和软琼脂集落形成实验进行转化细胞的恶性鉴定；同时添加β-胡萝卜素(5.4mg/L)和维生素C的食物(1.8mg/L)，观察对Ni2O3转化作用的影响。

Suppression of Skpi in mitotic HeLa cells by siRNA resulted in accumulation of telophase cells with elongated inter-cell bridges and with midbodies stretched 2-3 times longer than that of normal cells.
