People are required to know and analyze the operating axes of rotary kiln in time in practice, in order to adjust and maintenance it in reason. So The Great Wall Aluminum Corporation of China bankrolled for studying the microcomputer real-time monitoring system of large-scale rotary kiln and commissioned Central South University to develop it.Based on analyzing and comparing the status quo of the monitoring system of rotary kiln, this paper brings forward a new method of monitoring the operating status of rotary kiln. It analyses the system-error and the configuration and demonstrate the feasibility in detail. In the design of hardware configuration it analyzes the principle and speciality of the tailor-made eddy current transducer and PCI-1713 analog input card and the multilevel supervisory network.

本论文首先在分析和比较同内外回转窑检测系统现状的基础上，首次提出了新的回转窑运行状态检测方法，并从系统误差及可行性角度进行了详细的分析和论证；其次，在监测系统硬件结构设计中，详细地分析了多级管理网络的实现，PCI-1713双缓冲区高速数据采集装置的原理、特点、工作过程，以及针对该系统恶劣的工作环境、特定性能要求而设计的特制电涡流传感器的原理、波形特性及性能特点，及为了减小非线性误差而采用计算机软件进行多段线性插补方法实现误差补偿；另外，在系统软件设计中，详细地分析了高速数据采样软件、智能信号处理软件、系统监测软件的实现，分析了采用模糊自适应滤波方法有效地滤除本系统恶劣环境下的各种干扰因素，并简要地介绍了系统分析软件的功能。

本文的主要工作如下：针对邮政业务，特别是邮件处理中心的邮政业务作详细的调查分析，指出邮件处理中心生产工艺的主要特征；通过详细的了解离散事件系统计算机仿真技术的研究方法，并对计算机仿真软件作了周密的调查，借鉴、分析比较其功能特性的优缺点后，根据实际情况选购了本论文所需的仿真软件工具；对报刊发行局包件分拣生产线作计算机建模和仿真，将仿真结果作分析总结；对邮件处理中心转运中心的推推分拣生产线作计算机建模和仿真，得到仿真结果并作总结分析；提出邮件处理中心自动生产线的仿真设计方法，对报刊发行局期刊发行自动化生产线作仿真设计；最后对包件分拣机上包台结构建立数学模型和计算机仿真，提出多级上包台区别设置缓冲区的方案。

A synthetic model of multi-level production planning and control integration is brought forward, which integrated Master Production Schedule , Material Requirements Planning , Shop Floor Control , order acceptance control, order release control and process control into a whole. Besides, a new method of production management—— Theory of Constraints is introduced into the traditional MRP, and a method to integrate TOC with MRP is put forward. As a result, a system of production planning management for ceramics enterprise is developed. Then several problems of shop planning and control for ceramics enterprise including the modeling of production line, the optimized utilization of kiln, the complement and due-date of products are discussed. A mathematical programming model of equalization production for ceramics production line is set up. An optimized model is put forward, which uses genetic algorithm to solve the sequencing problem of ceramics before the kiln.

以生产计划与控制的集成为目标，提出将一个企业中的主生产计划、物料需求计划、车间作业计划与接受订单控制、投料控制与生产控制集成的多级生产计划与控制的总体模型，将一种新的生产管理方法——约束理论引入传统的MRP中，提出了实现TOC和MRP集成的具体方法；针对陶瓷企业的特点，为重庆兆瓷研制了一套陶瓷企业生产计划管理系统；并对陶瓷企业车间计划与控制中的一些具体问题进行了研究，建立了陶瓷生产线均衡生产的数学规划模型，就窑炉的优化利用、产品配套和交货期问题、陶瓷生产线的能力平衡等问题进行了研究。

本文在对检索模型分析的基础上，重点对当前流行的搜索引擎中的几大技术(知识库的建立、中文切分、自动文摘的生成、检索结果的排序、多级智能检索代理的实现)的原理、实现进行了分析和探讨；目前，全文本搜索技术作为一种比较成熟的技术，其查全率方面已经做得比较好，但它的查询精度确有待进一步提高，究其原因是："中文切分"和"自动文摘的生成"这二项技术有待突破，本文中，对"中文切分"提出了切分算法加局部调整技术，对"自动文摘的生成"提出了"概念化的文档摘要"，以期能够起到抛砖引玉的作用。

A method of multi-level fuzzy synthetical evaluation of effects of human errors on inspection quality is presented and the corresponding theoretical model of inspection quality and probability of detection are set up by using fuzzy set theory. The problem of human errors effect on inspection quality is solved successfully.

Thinking of presenting problems, this research mainly studied some solid base catalysts which own higher catalysis ability and longer lifetime. Then, the phase diagram and equilibrium data of oil-alcohol-biodiesel-glycerol multiphase system were measured because the biodiesel producing process lacks of thermodynamic data.Based on a double-membranes theory and the thermodynamic data, a kinetic model was proposed. In addition, a mult-step extraction process was proposed to dispose the jatropha curcas l oil with high acid value in order to decrease the acid value. Then, a new technology of biodiesel producing using solid base as a catalyst was developed. The study objects and results are as follows.

本研究针对负载型固体碱催化剂活性组分易流失、使用寿命短的缺点，制备了高效、稳定的固体碱催化剂；针对生物柴油制备体系热力学数据缺乏的问题，测定了大豆油-醇-生物柴油-甘油体系的相图和平衡特性，在此基础上基于双膜理论，建立了固体碱制备生物柴油的动力学模型；同时针对酸价较高的麻疯果油，提出了先用甲醇或乙醇多级萃取降低酸价，再用固体碱催化制备的新工艺。

The algorithm is designed to work directly on the wavelet compressed domain which possesses the following characters: First of all, the multi-level gradient energy presentation of face pattern is proposed, which not only can highlight the facial parts in possible face patterns, but also can address effectively the problem of unknown size in face detection in compressed domain and therefore avoid the complex resolution transform in arbitrary ratios ; secondly, the skin-color model in YCbCr space is ameliorated to improve the reliability of skin segmentation; finally, a hierarchical detector which integrates the simply rule-based classifiers and complex neural network based classifier is designed to further improve the processing speed.

该方法有3大特点：首先，提出了小波域人脸模式的多级梯度能量描述，在有效表征脸部特点的同时，可避免复杂的压缩域图像缩放操作，首次较好地解决了压缩域人脸检测中尺寸未知的难点；其次，优化YCbCr彩色空间肤色模型，提高肤色分割准确度；最后，在检测器的设计中，将基于规则的简单分类器和基于神经网络的复杂分类器有机结合，进一步加快处理速度。

As a result, it is convenient for the recognition system to use the simple linear classifier to segment the sample space, so that the accuracy and distortion invariant ability can be easily achieved. The classification structure of a bifurcating tree is utilized to decompose the classification problem of multi-classes to the multi-stage classification of two classes, which simplifies the design of the classifier, and improves the searching efficiency as well. A gray-scale analysis based method for extracting features from optical correlation result is proposed.

提出了二叉树鉴别分类方法，在使用同类图象的多个典型畸变样本训练识别系统的基础上，利用鉴别分析方法优化各类图象的特征向量在样本空间中的分布，不仅有利于同时提高系统的准确性和抗畸变能力，而且便于采用简单的线性分类器来划分样本空间；利用二叉树分类结构，将多类样本的分类问题分解为多级二类样本的分类问题，不仅简化了分类器的设计，而且提高了搜索效率。

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
