Based on the petrological and geochronological study of metamorphic complexes from the Grove Mountains, the following conclusions are reached.(1)Exsolution texture is widely found in clinopyroxene in mafic granulites. A peak metamorphic temperature of 850 C was obtained from the reintegrated compositions of exsolved clinopyroxene. The preservation of augite megacrysts suggests a single episode of high-grade metamorphism for the Grove Mountains.(2)The compositional comparison of garnet from pegmatites with that from country rocks demonstrates that garnet in pegmatites is of xenocryst origin, and late amphibolite facies metamorphism does not occur in this area.(3)The Pan-African charnockite and post-tectonic sheet-like granite were first recognized in East Antarctica. Their occurrences suggest a collisional orogeny during the Pan-African time.(4)The SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating on various rock types indicates that the major metamorphism in the Grove Mountains occurs at c. 550 Ma, and the tectonothermal evolution terminated at c. 500 Ma. The Grenvillian granulite facies metamorphism did not develop in the studied area.(5)The Prydz belt, the second Pan-African suture within the Gondwana suppercontinent, was further comfirmed based on this study. The Gondwana suppercontinent was not formed by the simply juxtaposition of East and West Gondwana, but by the collision of several blocks during the Pan-African time.

本项目通过格罗夫山地区高级变质杂岩的变质岩石学和同位素年代学研究，获得如下重要认识：（1）发现辉石出溶结构，由此获得峰期变质温度为850 C，并根据火成普通辉石的识别确定该区只存在单相麻粒岩相变质；（2）通过伟晶岩中石榴石斑晶与围岩中石榴石的对比研究提出了石榴石的捕虏晶成因，进而确定该区不存在晚期角闪岩相变质作用；（3）在东南极首次识别出泛非期紫苏花岗岩和后构造层状花岗岩，为泛非构造热事件的碰撞造山成因提供了重要佐证；（4）对不同岩石类型的锆石SHRIMP定年精确地限定了格罗夫山地区主期变质作用发生于泛非期，～550 Ma，热事件结束于～500 Ma，年代学数据没有揭示在该区存在格林威尔期麻粒岩相变质作用的迹象；（5）进一步确认了东南极内部普里兹带的存在，它属于冈瓦纳超大陆内部的第二条泛非期缝合带，据此认为冈瓦纳超大陆并不是由东、西冈瓦纳陆块的简单拼合而成，而是多个不同块体拼合的结果。

Mafic granulite and gabbro xenoliths are also found in the same kimberlitic pipes from the Eastern-North China platform, and suggest that multi-accretion events took place. The gabbro was formed lighly earlier with the host kimberlite. The underplating of the mafic magmas was related to the continental orogeny in the late middle-Ordovician Period.

金伯利岩中强烈变质的基性麻粒岩以及变质不彻底的粗粒辉长岩在同一岩管中共存，表明华北古老岩石圈地幔所发生的多次增生作用事件，特别是后者的变质不彻底变质作用暗示其形成时代与金伯利岩相近，这种基性岩浆的底侵作用与华北地台中奥陶世晚期的造陆抬升有关。

The synthesized cDNA is a continuous band less than 6. 0kb shown on x-film through α〓PdCTP which was inserted in the first strain of cDNA. The titer of the Ha-cDNA library was about 1. 5×10〓cfu/ml which could represent all protein-encoding sequences from Hz-AM1 cells; Namely, the cDNA library has representativity. After the successful construction of the Ha-cDNA library, the open-reading frame of vp39 gene of Heliothis armigera was then fused in frame with the Ga14-DNA-binding domain in the pGBT9 plasmid and the fusion protein Ga14-VP39 was expressed in yeast to be used as bait protein.

在成功构建棉铃虫细胞Hz-AM1cDNA文库的基础上，本文接着将棉铃虫核型多角体病毒衣壳蛋白VP39（HaNPV-VP39）基因克隆到酵母双杂交系统(yeasttwo-hybrid system)中的质粒pGBT9上。pGBT9上含有酵母菌转录激活因子GAL4 DNA结合域的编码区（GAL4-DBD），使克隆到质粒pGBT9上的HaNPV-vp39基因与GAL4-DBD基因融合，在酵母菌中表达DBD-vp39融合蛋白，该融合蛋白即为酵母双杂交系统中的诱饵蛋白。

Result After addition of wood vinegar, the fermentation temperature of sawdust was obviously increased, and the highest temperature reached 67.0℃,being 3.5℃ higher than that of CK, and the days when fermentation temperature was above 55℃ reached 57 d, being 40 d more than that of CK. After addition of wood vinegars, the bulk density, water-holding voidage and total voidage of sawdust before and after maturity were all higher than that of CK, pH value and EC value were all lower than that of CK, and the proportion of sawdust whose particle size was smaller than 0.5 mm was higher than that of CK, and that of sawdust whose particle size was 0.5-1.0 mm and bigger than 1.0 mm were lower than that of CK.

结果］添加木醋后，木屑的发酵温度明显提高，最高温度为67.0℃，比对照高3.5℃，发酵温度大于55℃的天数达到57 d，比对照多40 d；添加木醋后，木屑的容重、持水空隙度和总空隙度腐熟前后均高于对照，pH值和EC值均低于对照，粒径＜0.5 mm的木屑所占比重高于对照，粒径为0.5~1.0 mm和＞1.0 mm的木屑所占比重均低于对照。

Nontronite modified copper-plated electrodes possess the largest reductive currents of paraquat due to their larger charge density and electronic transferability of octahedral iron. Overall, based on this study, clay modified copper-plated electrodes show high potential in future research for determining biochemical compounds.

黏粒修饰镀铜电极对巴拉刈的侦测结果显示三种黏土矿物仍以具有较高电荷密度及八面体层中铁的电子传导之多铁蒙特石所测到的还原电流量最大，黏粒修饰镀铜电极未来在生化物质的侦测上应具有研究发展的潜力。

Results showed that:(1) soil loss from plough tillage was as much as 3~8 times that from no-tillage; the aerodynamic roughness lengths under plough and no-tillage were 0.032, 0.417, respectively.(2) No-tillage soil contained more clay and fine sand in the 0-10cm topsoil layer than the plough tillage soil. In the 0-5 and 5-10cm soil depth, the bulk density, soil hardness and soil moisture were more under no-tillage than plough tillage. Especially, the soil hardness in 0-5, 5-10 and 10-20cm under no-tillage were as much as 4.7, 2.8 and 3.8 times, respectively.

研究结果表明：翻耕农田土壤风蚀量是免耕地的3~8倍，翻耕地和免耕地的地表粗糙度分别为0.032和0.417；与翻耕地相比，免耕地表层0~10cm土壤粘粒和粉粒含量较多；免耕地土层0~5cm和5~10cm的土壤容重、坚实度和土壤水分都大于翻耕地，其中0~5cm、5~10cm和10~20cm土层土壤坚实度分别是翻耕地的4.7、2.8倍和3.8倍。

In this study we mapped a grain length controlling gene named Lk-4 with SSR and CAPs markers by screening 800 recessive plants in a BC2F2 population derived from a cross of Shuhui527×Xiaoli and backcrossed with Xiaoli as the donor parent.

The amplified fragment was inserted into pRSET-A to generate the first double repeat of the precursor gene. By utilizing a pair of isocaudamer BamH I and Bgl II sites, and another downstream Hind III site of plasmid pRSET-A, following a series of simple double digestions and ligation of the resulted products, a series of repeat (3, 4 and 6) precursor peptide fragment genes were derived.
