Results: MR demonstrated capsule wall and papillary solid lesions in one case with cystic and solid lesions of hepatobiliary cystadenoma. Poly cystic form tan if different sine in sew case, capsule wall and septation was thick, part of capsule wall was obviously thickened and nodes form, intrahepatic bile duct was dilated, large poly-antrum cystic keen form structure in one case, capsule wall and septation were smooth, part of capsule wall was uniformly thicken, capsule wall, septation, mural nodus form and solid lesions in three cases wee all slightly hyperintense on T2WI and slightly hypointense on T1WI. Part of cyst fluid was hypointense on T2WI the diameter if tumor ranged from 3.4cm to 13.5cm. Part of capsule wall, septation, solid lesions and mural nodus west obviously enhanced in arterial phase in three cases, the extent of enhancement showed a little degrade in port vein phase, balance phase and delay phase, but dense to liver parenchyma at synchronization.

结果：3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中1例呈囊实性结构，可见囊壁及乳头状实性肿块；1例为多个大小不等的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，囊壁局部明显增厚，有壁结节，周围见轻度的肝内胆管扩张；1例为巨大的多房囊状结构，囊壁及分隔光滑，局部均匀增厚；3例中的囊壁、分隔、壁结节及实性部分均呈T2WI稍高信号、T1WI稍低信号，囊内液性部分均呈T2WI高信号、T1WI低信号；肿瘤瘤体大小径线范围3.4~13.5cm.3例肝内胆管囊腺瘤中囊壁、分隔、实性肿块和壁结节动脉期均明显强化，门脉期、平衡期及延迟期强化程度略减低，强化程度均高于同期肝实质。

Results (1)Findings characteristics:small vacuole sign,pleural retraction sign and obstructive pneamonia only oppeared in peripheral lung cancer,thin-walled cavity less than 3 cm in diameter should be seen peculiar sign of it,thick-walled inregular cavity could be found in inflammatory pseudotumor and tuberculoma,spiculate protuberance showed mostly in peripheral lung cancer,but appeared in inflammatory lesion too,air bronchogram,pleural tail sign and long spiculation appeared mostly in inflammatory pseudotumor,calcification,pleurae thckening appeared mostly in tuberculoma.

结果（1）征象特点：小泡征、胸膜凹陷征、阻塞性肺炎仅见于周围型肺癌；小于3cm薄壁空洞为周围型肺癌的少见征象之一；炎性假瘤、结核球可出现不规则厚壁偏心空洞；棘状突起除周围型肺癌多见外，炎性病变亦可出现；支气管充气征、长毛刺、胸膜尾征炎性假瘤出现率高；钙化、胸膜肥厚结核球多见。

Results Among all 25 cases of lymphangioma,Within 20 cases of cystic lymphangioma,single cyst was showed in 14 cases and multilocular cyst was showed in 6 cases in plain scan,and little enhancement of capsule wall and septal in 8 cases in enhancement scanning. Cystic-solid mass was showed in 4 cases of cavernoma lymphangioma in plain scan,and solid part of mass was enhanced obviously in enhancement scanning.1 capillary ymphangioma showed the skin and hypodermic thicking,and part of area showed little beehive-like feature. Enhancement scanning showed slight irregularity enhancement.

结果 25例淋巴管瘤中20例囊性淋巴管瘤，CT平扫14例表现为单一囊肿，6例表现为多房性囊肿，囊腔内见有分隔；增强扫描8例出现囊壁或间隔的轻微强化。4例海绵状淋巴管瘤平扫均表现为囊实性肿块，增强检查实性部分有明显分期增强；1例毛细管型淋巴管瘤表现为局部皮肤及皮下组织的增厚，部分区域见有小蜂房样表现，增强扫描见有轻度不规则强化。
