Methods:Activity of α-HBD in serum and saliva among 88 cases of oral malignant tumor,57 cases of oral cyst,52 cases of pleomorphic adenoma of parotid,62 cases of oral inflammation and 57 healthy men was detected by enzyme speed method.

利用酶速率方法测定88例口腔恶性肿瘤，57例口腔囊肿，52例腮腺多形性腺瘤，62例口腔炎症和57例健康人的血清及唾液中的α-HBD。

Methods We reported a case of PXA located in the cerebellum of a young adult in view of its extremely unusual location. Morphologic observation, immunohistochemical staining using DAKO EnVision system , histochemical stains including hematoxylin eosin and Gordon Sweet's reticulin methods were used.

Result:In the ATRA treatment group, the tumor growth rate was decreased, tumor doubling time was prolonged and tumor inhibitation rate was inereased. Although there was not any significant difference among three groups under light microscope, differentiation and many apoptosis of carcinoma cells were observed under transmissional election microscope.

结果：经ATRA处理后，肿瘤生长速率减慢，倍增时间延长和抑瘤率增高，光镜下治疗组和对照组未见明显变化，透射电镜下可见肿瘤细胞产生一定的分化，出现较多的凋亡细胞。
