In the fluvial deposit environment, the quartz superficial characteristic is primarily by the inferior circle, the conchoidal breakage fracture and the submarine hit pit, revealing the transformation of current to the quartz; In lake-deposit environment, quartz sand superficial characteristic is by primarily abraded edges and parallel cleavage, the quartz maintained the primitive characteristic, indicating the quartz received few transformation of fluent, different quartz grain has their different curve character.

In consideration of the indeterminateness in spacetime distribution and pollution sources of sudden water pollution and on the basis of the time effectiveness of pollution control and remediation and the principle of decrease of pollution losses to a minimum, an analysis was made of the present situation of pollution accidents by flexible description of the pollution information, realizing a highly efficient simulation of the impacts of sudden pollution in rivers.

Tectonic subsidence play dominant role in their geometric shapes, basin fillings, sequence evolution and sediment distribution in the Wushi Sag. Outline of the sequences are in shape of box-wedge or sheet-wedge and boundaries of sequences are varied from bilateral fault to monoclinal fault overlap, so that the sequences show distinct semigrabens which overlay in different ways. Seven sequences were formed in different stage of tectonic evolution. The sequence of SQ1 formed in initial rift stage and deposited alluvial sequence. Sequences SQ2-SQ4 developed in intense rift stage and sediment lacustrine sequence. Sequences SQ5-SQ7 formed in late period of rift before thermal subsidence and deposit mere and delta sediment. The place adjacent to the synsedimentary fault is the subsidence center and depocenter; meanwhile, controlling fracture migrates in horizontal made subsidence and sedimentary center of the sag changed.

构造沉降是控制层序几何形态，充填叠置方式、演化及沉积体系分布的最重要因素：凹陷由多个半地堑在不同层序发育时期以不同方式叠置联结而成；受断层控制，层序外部形态有箱状-楔形、楔形-席状披覆型，边界终止方式有双断终止型、单断终止超覆型；不同构造演化阶段层序内部充填的沉积体系各具特征，初始断陷阶段的SQ1沉积冲积层序，强烈断陷阶段的SQ2-SQ4充填湖相层序，晚期断陷阶段SQ5-SQ7内部充填浅湖和河流三角洲沉积；同沉积断层陡坡带沉降迅速、可容纳空间快速增长，是凹陷的沉积和沉降中心，断陷期主控断裂活动时间和空间的变化导致了凹陷沉积和沉降中心的迁移。

As an often used physical model with good theoretical and practical values, StreeterPhelps model has been widely used to study water quality. However, in some special water areas the utilitization of StreeterPhelps model has some limitation as confirming reaeration coefficient often comes from tests in rivers with fast water flow speed with no consideration of wave effects. Furthermore, in practical research in Three Gorges Reservoir, the changing rule of COD appears abnormally. In some water areas far from pollution source, the value of COD changes with time, but does not follow the exponential attenuation rule. This phenomenon can not be explained by former modified StreeterPhelps model.

StreeterPhelps模型是目前进行河流水质研究常用的物理模型，具有良好的理论和实用价值，然而在某些特定水域，该模型的应用受到限制，主要原因是复氧系数的取定多在水流速度较大情况下得到的，而未考虑水面波动对复氧系数的影响，另外，在实际研究过程中发现三峡库区COD变化的规律出现异常：在离排污口相当远的水域，COD随时间变化趋势并不是指数衰减，而是在某个常值附近微小摆动，以往很多修正过的StreeterPhelps模型都无法解释这个现象。

Taking the fine exploration zones of the southwest hydrocarbon-rich depression in Qaidam as the key point, with the analysis of source-rock distribution, sedimentary evolution and sedimentary system distribution, the author proposes that the density difference increases after the fluvial water enters, then clam and bar sand bodies are formed easily due to density flow. Highstand system tract and transgressive system tract below the maximum flooding surface are the main exploration areas of lithologic reservoir.
