Atom, molecule or radical can be excited to a specific intermediate state by absorbing m laser photons, then the parent ion can be produced by absorption of another n laser photons. The ion yield can be increased drastically due to resonant absorption, comparing with the ion yield in non-resonant absorption. This multiphoton process is usully called Resonance Enhanced Multiphoton Ionization. REMPI technique plays an important role in detecting the high electronic excited states of atoms, molecules and radicals.

In order to understand insertion/delation polymorphism of the angiotensin-converting enzyme gene in pilots,and to explore the relationship between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and the perfomance of the pilots,the polymerase chain reaction was used to determine the genotypes for an I/D polymorphism in intron 16 of the ACE gene in 118 pilots and 96 healthy subjects as controls.

为了解飞行员血管紧张素转换酶基因插入或缺失多态性情况，探讨ACE基因多态性与飞行员耐力可能的关系，用聚合酶链反应扩增技术检测118例飞行员和96例健康对照者的ACE基因I/D多态性。

The results showed that: The number of loci detected in the German mirror Carp, Japanese crucian carp and F1 were 200、207、218, and the number of polymorphic loci were 63、66、72,and the percentage of polymorphic loci were 31.5%、31.9%、33% respectively. The percentage of polymorphic loci of F1 was considerately higher than that of the parents indicating the rather great genetic variations within the 3 populations.

结果表明：在德国镜鲤、日本白鲫、F1中检测到的位点数分别为200、207、218，其中多态性位点数分别为63、66、72，多态位点比例分别为31.5%、31.9%、33%。F1多态位点高于父母本，表明它的遗传多样性和变异水平最高。

The I/D polymorphism of ACE was detected by polymerase chain reaction, and the CMA/B poly- morphism of Chymase gene was detected using PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism.

运用聚合酶链反应检测 ACE基因的I/D多态性，运用限制性片段长度多态性技术检测Chymase基因的CMA/B多态性。

Random amplified polymorphic DNA markers were used to measure genetic diversity and genetic structure of 150 individuals from 5 natural populations of Carya cathayensis. 252 loci were identified from 20 RAPD primers, out of which 168 loci were polymorphic and accounted for 66.7% of the total genetic diversity at species level.

Fingerprints of broiler chickens divergently selected for very low den sity lipoprotein in fat line and lean line of the third generation were studied using inter simple sequence repeated technique. Geneti c polymorphism and genetic similarity coefficient between two groups were analyze d. Ten primers were screened from 60 SSR primers and 62 sites were deprived. Of which 39 bands were polymorphic sites and the frequency was 63 percent.

Therefore, as a conclusion, 3 loci were high polymorphism loci, all were appropriated for the study on genetic diversity. All the four populations have high genetic diversity, which accord with the fact that there was a large amount of Himalyan marmota and they located in many areas.

Five polymorphic primers with good, clear bands were got, screening fromseventy-five ISSR primers. These five pairs of primers were used to amplificaterespectively the genomic DNA of 66 different Pterocarya stenoptera individuals and atotal of 45 bands were amplified with 43 polymorphic bands and percentage ofpolymorphic bands 95.6%.
