This study aims to explore the following questions: differences of the genetic polymorphism among seasonal populations; differences of genetic diversity among four age groups and between two different gender populations; testifying the Ford and Chitty hypothesis; the relationship between the genetic diversity and geographic distance; the relationship between the genetic diversity and population density; edge effect on genetic diversity.

主要探讨以下问题：季节种群间遗传多态的差异；种群年龄组和性别间遗传多样性的差异；Ford和Chitty的假说；种群遗传多样性与空间距离的关系；种群遗传多样性与密度的关系；中心区、边缘区和半岛区种群遗传多样性的差异。

The result indicated that 237 combinations amplified a total of 13 079 AFLP fragments with an average of 55 fragments, the average of 1.30 markers per 1 000 AFLP fragments were found to be linked to clubroot resistant gene; the amplified polymorphic fragments were 3 167 between the two parents, account for 24 percent of polymorphic frequency; the number of amplified fragments and the number of polymorphic fragments was in positive linear correlation; GC content of AFLP primer combinations significantly affects the number of amplified fragments and the number of polymorphic fragments, indicating negative linear correlation between them.

结果表明：平均每个组合检测到55条带，共扩增13079条带，平均每1000条带检测到1.30个根肿病抗性基因连锁标记；多态性带数为3167条，双亲间多态性频率约为0.24；扩增带数与多态性带数呈线性正相关，引物组合中的不同GC含量与扩增带数和多态性带数存在显著性差异，并表现出线性负相关。

It showed that 14 microsatellites among all these microsatellites DNA loci, which could be amplified stably, displayed monomorphism among the different individuals of the same stain, but displayed polymorphism among the different stains. Each microsatellite DNA loci had 2-5 alleles. 129/Sv was more polymorphous than other stains at 14 microsatellite DNA loci, but TA1 and TA2 were polymorphous at only D9Mit23 loci.

结果表明14个微卫星DNA具有稳定扩增效果，在同一品系不同个体之间表现单态性；在不同品系之间表现多态性，在每一微卫星位点有2至5个等位基因。129/Sv与其余品系在14个微卫星位点都表现较高的多态性，TA〓与TA〓只在D9Mit23位点表现多态性。

By cloning and sequencing those DNA fragments with polymorphisms we found 3 SNPs, they were as following: T→C in exon 3, G→C in introns 5,A→C in exon 6, in which A→C in exon 6 was non-synonymous substitution, it resulting in Thr→Arg.
