The coring was successfully operated on the winter ice-cover of the lake in 2000 and the pioneer practice of the ""off-the-ice"" coring proves to be very useful and economic for taking quality cores from lakes in northern China.A multidisciplinary investigation has been carried out on core HQH4, one of the three 11-m-long cores. Results from previous investigation include lithostratigraphy, radiocarbon dating, paleoecology of Ostracoda, stable isotopic record of ostracod shells, total nitrogen and organic carbon, C/N ratio, 81 C of organic matter etc.

在对深度为11米的HQH4岩芯开展了~(14)C年代学、岩性地层学、介形类古生态及介壳稳定同位素、有机碳和总氮及C/N比值、有机碳同位素等多学科综合分析测试和研究工作的基础上，本硕士学位论文研究侧重开展了：1HQH4岩芯烧失量(Loss-on-ignition)的系统分析测定及该地层学变量的古湖泊和环境变化意义的研究；2沉水植物川蔓藻化石种子生态学特征及其在黄旗海湖泊水位重建和气候变化研究方面的重要意义的研究。

A novel three-dimensional localization method is proposed. Firstly, the tomato effective centric spots are obtained from the left multi-sensor fusion image and the right multi-sensor fusion image. Then, being looked as symmetries, image pairs other point to point correspondences are searched from two directions by pixel neighbor area correlation values by using the polar line restraint, the unique restraint and the disparity gradient restraint.

即从双目定位的几何模型出发，在双目匹配搜索中，提取多源传感融合图像的番茄凸壳有效形心点，采用极线约束、唯一性约束进行立体视觉图像的特征点及其邻域灰度相关的双向匹配，利用体视原理获取唯一被测目标的空间坐标。

Experimentally, multi-pores are observed on leukocyte lysed with 3D electrodes and just single pore with planar electrodes. This is believed to be due to more uniform electric field of 3D electrodes than that of planar electrodes. Intracellular elements are extracted through the membrane as observed by increased intensity of Trypan blue when diluted by saline solution. We also demonstrate the lysing percentages at same flow velocity to explain the performance of 3D electrode is superior to that of planar electrode.

在实验方面，可发现细胞在3D 电极的形况下，是有多个破孔出现，有别於在平面电极的单个破洞，也发现当细胞出现破孔时，经由Trypan blue的辅助观察以及在食盐水稀释情况下，细胞内液是往外流出的，另外由裂解比率的结果，3D电极也是优於平面电极。

Coherent interference can be suppressed by the EMCMVB efficiently. The EMCMVB first gets the modified signal subspace by using the estimated arrival angles of coherent interferers and the eigenstructure of the correlation matrix, and then projects the MCMVB weight vector onto the modified signal subspace.
