The characteristics of postures, crown form, branch appearance and the leaf shape of Syringa oblata were analyzed by practical measurement of individual plant Mathematic method and model were adopted to analyze the sample data and deeply explore the vegetation quantity of Syringa oblata in Harbin. A quantitative method was put forward for vegetation quantity of Syringa oblata distributed in Harbin and the information management system of vegetation quantity of Syringa oblata for Harbin has been established.

本项研究选取了哈尔滨市园林绿化上数量最多、应用最广的木犀科丁香属植物中的紫丁香为研究对象，立足于哈尔滨市的环境特点，采用逐株实测的方法，具体分析紫丁香姿态、冠形、枝形、叶形的特点，采用数学方法和模型研究对紫丁香样本数据进行分析，并深入研究紫丁香"绿量"的内涵，探索出了哈尔滨市紫丁香"绿量"的量化方法，建立了哈尔滨市紫丁香绿量信息管理系统。

At last, all related problems due to ship type and towing speed influencing the quality of captured images and results were discussed. A ship model with V-shape bottom and protruding keel might cause some disadvantages for PIV measurements. The use of longer laser light ducts extending deeper is a possible solution. A ship model with light yellow paint will cause the unproportionate of light and will cause white background on captured images. It is suggested to re-paint the ship model in black or dark colors to solve this problem. In high-speed test conditions, a ship model's bow waves entrain large amount of air bubbles into water and those bubbles will block the view of camera causing some random black spots in the images. Thus, it is necessary to remove the useless black spot data and repeat the same test condition if statistics requires enough number of images.

本文讨论建立此系统之技术及实验方法，设备的架置方式和配置为一可调性调整之开放式架构，质点施放方法以一自制的施放架於实验前先布置於测试段中，并制定一实验流程规范，再分别针对实验所得滑航型及排水量型船模的流线方向及切流线方向各不同位置及船速之速度进行流场分析；实验结果发现不同船型会造成不同的实验困难：船形上突起之龙骨及V形船底会遮住照明光线，可利用较深之导管调整光页角度改善；而浅色船模表面会造成光线的不均匀，可以更改船模涂装颜色改善；高速实验的气泡会不定点的遮住光线，须先除去无资料区域并使用更多资料组数来改善。

Based on the decomposition theorem for vector space with module structure and rational canonical form of matrix, a kind of new block diagonal controllably canonical forms are inferred when the time invariant linear multivariable system is completely controllable, which the system matrix is similar to a block diagonal and has an analogy with its rational canonical form. Compare with current controllability canonical forms, this kind is easier to analyse the system constructional characteristic. The process of proof gives an effective solution method.
