Methods:Activity of α-HBD in serum and saliva among 88 cases of oral malignant tumor,57 cases of oral cyst,52 cases of pleomorphic adenoma of parotid,62 cases of oral inflammation and 57 healthy men was detected by enzyme speed method.

利用酶速率方法测定88例口腔恶性肿瘤，57例口腔囊肿，52例腮腺多形性腺瘤，62例口腔炎症和57例健康人的血清及唾液中的α-HBD。

Methods The expression of EMMPRIN and MVD were examined in 28 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 25 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, 33 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma as well as 9 cases of normal salivary glands as comparison control by immunochemistry SP method.

In 9 cases were found the distribution of vessels cluster like endometrial corkscrew small artery. The tumor cells were grew along lymphatic or protruded in lymphatic, and there were small islands or small pieces of tumor cells in the interspace of muscles in 2 cases. The contrastive observation of the specimens of resected uterines of 9 cases confirmed the valve of above features to the confessed diagnosis of endometrial stromal sarcomas in the materials of endometrial biopsy or uterine curettage.

有3例分化差者，其中2例酷似恶性淋巴瘤，1例酷似多形性肉瘤。9例均见簇状分布的子宫内膜螺旋小动脉样的小血管分布，2例见瘤组织沿淋巴管和突入淋巴管内生长及小片平滑肌组织的肌间隙内有小灶状或小片状瘤组织分布。9例子宫切除标本的对比观察，进一步证实了上述特征对宫内膜活检或刮出物确诊子宫内膜间质肉瘤的价值。
