Immunohistochemistry technology was used to evaluated tyrosine hydroxylase of DA synthesis. DA, 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HT) and their respective metabolic products 3,4 -dihydroxyphenylacetic, homovanillic are also precisely quantified in this research by using high-pressure liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector. The main metabolism monoamine oxidase of DA was processed too. RESULTS:WD can increase the synthesis and the metabolism process of DA .

本文观察了温胆汤及其配伍对大鼠刻板行为的影响，采用了免疫组化技术对多巴胺的合成酶—酪氨酸羟化酶进行了含量测定，应用高效液相-电化学法测定了DA、5-羟色胺（5-HT）及代谢产物3，4—二羟基苯乙酸、高香草酸的含量，并测定了DA主要降解酶—单胺氧化酶。

Serotonin (5-HT), its precursors tryptophan and 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), major metabolites 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA); and 3-methoxy-4- hydroxyphenylethylene glycol , homovanillic acid , the respective major metabolites of noradrenaline and dopamine were measured by a method of HPLC.

应用高效液相色谱法测定其中5—羟色胺（5-HT）系列代谢物：色氨酸、5-羟色胺酸（5-HTP）、5-HT、5-羟吲哚乙酸（5-HIAA）；多巴胺的主要代谢产物3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙酸；去甲肾上腺素的主要代谢产物3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙二醇等。

METHODS: In 10 open-chest anesthetized pigs, myocardial deformation was studied before and during dobutamine infusion, under control and ischemic conditions produced by various degrees of coronary artery constriction: 2 of nonflow-limiting stenoses of increasing severity reducing left anterior descending artery hyperemic flow by 40% and 70% and 2 flow-limiting stenoses reducing resting coronary flow by 25% and 50%.

10只麻醉开胸的猪以各种程度的冠脉压缩制作为缺血状态组或对照组，研究其多巴酚丁胺灌注前后心肌损伤情况。2只无血流限制狭窄猪模型予以渐增的左前降支血流充盈减少分别为40％和70％，2只血流受限狭窄猪模型减少剩余冠脉血流25％和50％。

The concentration of β-EP in plasma in patients with VP decreased significantly,its mechanism might be relate to the decline of dopamine system's function induced by MCI of basal ganglion,lipid hyperoxidation and radical lesions in chronic cerebrovascular di-sease,abnormality of immune function,decrease of stress and inflammation reaction.
