In this study, Polyurethane/hydrogel composites were fabricated for wound repair applications. The hydrogel was copolymer of thermosensitive N-isopropyl acrylamide and acrylic acid.γ-ray irradiation was employed to copolymerize NIPAAm with AAc and to graft hydrogel onto porous PU simultaneously.

本研究以聚胺基甲酸酯为基材，将感温性异丙基丙烯醯胺（N-isopropyl acrylamide， NIPAAm）和丙烯酸（Acrylic acid， AAc）以γ-ray照射聚合法进行聚合，并同时将水胶接枝在多孔PU上，制备出PU/水胶复材之人工敷料，应用於伤口修复。

Considering a spherical porous carbon particle immersed in a static ambient atmosphere, the combustion characteristics under three basic conditions: frozen flow, equilibrium flow, partial flow are solved in a half-analytical and half-numerical way. Based on the Darcys law, the theoretical model of permeability measurement was established. And the influence of different testing methods and major process parameters such as fabric structure, fiber volume fraction, injection pressure, flow rate and resin viscosity on preform permeability were investigated in details. It was found that the permeability of fibrous reinforcement mainly lied on the preform architecture.

文中首先根据达西定律建立了渗透率测量的理论模型，深入研究了不同的测试方法及主要工艺参数(纤维织物织构、纤维体积含量、充模压力、流动速度、树脂粘度)对渗透特性的影响规律，发现多孔介质增强材料的渗透率主要取决于纤维织物的结构形式，预成型体孔隙分布及其体积分数、压实性对渗透率有较大的影响，提高充模压力和流动速度可以缩短充模时间，在一定程度上可以提高渗透率。
