This paper mainly studied the semilinear biharmonic elliptic equation with multi-singularity and critical exponcnt,in which we mainly studied,where N≥5,k∈N,(λ_1,λ_2,…,λ_k)∈R~4,(a_1,a_2,"",a_k)∈R~(4n) and 2~*=2N/N-4 is the critical Sobolev exponent.

文章主要在有界域Ω中研究了如下含多奇性的半线形椭圆型问题其中N≥5，k∈N，(λ_1，λ_1，…，λ_k)∈R~k，(a_1，a_2，…，a_k)∈R~且2~*=2N/N-4是临界的嵌入指数，由于Sobolev嵌入失去紧性，所以文章将通过集中紧原理得到正解的存在性。

The distribution of NAT2 polymorphisms was different between the recurred group and the control group. The polymorphism of NAT2 would increase the risk of recurrence in the population with history of rectal adenoma. However, there is no difference for NAT2 rapid and slow acetylator between two groups.

NAT2多态性在腺瘤复发组与对照组中的分布是有差异，NAT2非野生纯合型(Wt/M〓+M〓/M〓)为直肠腺瘤复发的危险因子，特别当在非野生纯合型中的NQO 1 C/T+T/T型及MTHFR C/T+T/T，其相对危险度分别可达：3.27(95％CI 1.01-10.65，P＝0.043)和3.28(95％CI1.00-10.84，P＝0.046)。

The results Showed that twenty isolates have the following biological aspects:① Capability of forming capsule,② Growth at 37℃ within 3days,③ Forming brown colonies on Niger seed agar, CACA agar,④ Urea hydrolysis test positive within 96 hours.⑤ No blue colonies were found on CGB agar.⑥ The genus could be identified by ID32 identification kid, but the species could not.⑦ The sequence of the LSUrDNA D1/D2 region analyzed confirmed to be C. neoformans var neoformans.⑧ Serotype A and AD were found in these isolates, Serotype A was predominant(83.33%),⑨ Some biodiversities of isolates existed.

结果 20株菌皆具有以下特征：①形成英膜，②37℃3天内生长试验皆为阳性，③咖啡酸玉米琼脂和油菊籽培养基皆可以产生褐色菌落，④尿素酶试验96h皆呈阳性，⑤CGB培养基未见蓝色菌落生长，⑥ID32鉴定板可以鉴定到属，种的鉴定结果各不相同，⑦大亚基核糖体DNA的D1/D2区域序列分析证实皆为新生隐球菌的新生变种，⑧血清型仅见A和AD二型，以A型为多数(83.33%)，⑨20株临床分离株随机扩增DNA多态性分析有一定的生态多样性。

Karyotypic findings showed that all cultivars were mixoploid with chromosome number ranging from 49 to 57, and 54 was the most frequent number observed.

结果表明：（1）17个栽培小菊均为混倍体，染色体数在49～57之间变异，以54条为主；（2）染色体呈现多态性：多数品种由中部、近中部和近端部着丝粒染色体组成；最长与最短染色体的比值为1.62～2.39；臂比＞2的染色体所占的比率为11.11%～29.62%；核型不对称系数为59.74%～63.37%；3个地被菊品种和'奥运橙光'、'金陵白凤'（2n=53）核型类型为&2B&，其它品种为&2A&型。

In Chapter 3, we use the sufficient and necessry conditions of minimal point being critical point on closed convex set and construct closed convex sets with some character as more as possible, to discuss the existence of solusion of nonlinear Hammerstein integral equations on different closed convex sets. We get the results of multiple solutions.

在第三章中，我们没有借助于条件，而是利用闭凸集上的极小值点是临界点的充要条件，构造出尽可能多的具有某些特性的闭凸集，在不同的闭凸集上讨论非线性Hammerstein型积分方程的非平凡解的存在性，从而得到多解性的结果。

The selective behaviour, fitness, cause formation and population differentation of the cotton aphid''s host biotype were studied on this project. The results showed that the cotton and cumbrits biotype aphid were existed in natural population in Nanjing .

The Small-tailed Han sheep(48), Ningxia Tan sheep(121), Tan SH (23), Poll Dorset(48), Suffolk(24) were used to study the single nucleotide polymorphisms of H-FABP gene by PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing. Five nucleotide variations were found, of which G981A, A1014C, and T1019C resulted in amino acid changes of R327H, E338A, and S340P, respectively.
