The results showed that exon 1 had the genotypes of AA, BB and CC, while intron 1 had the genotypes of DD, EE, FF and GG. There existed gene polymorphism in inter-species but not in intra-species. All the test species displayed genetic monomorphism and 100% of purity.

Methods The 26th exon, the 30th exon and the 21st intron of gene GP Ⅱb in 110 individuals were amplified by polymorphism and sequenced to investigate whether there was linkage among the polymorphisms of the gene. Human platelet antigen-3 (HPA-3) gene frequency was detected by Fok 1 enzyme in 147 patients with hematologic diseases, and was compared with that in 110 normal individuals. Forty-four patients who received apheresis platelet transfusion repeatedly were randomly divided into the HPA-3 homotype group and the control group. The antibodies of the platelet were detected after 3 times of platelet transfusion.

聚合酶链反应－单链构型多态性分析检测110例正常人GP Ⅱb基因第26和30外显子(Exon 26， Exon 30)及21内含子(Intron21)基因多态性，进行基因序分析，研究这些基因多态性是否存在连锁关系；应用Fok1酶切法对147例血液病人人类血小板抗原－3(human platelet antigen-3， HPA-3)基因进行分型，并与110例正常人进行比较；将接受单采血小板输注的44例血液病人随机分为HPA-3同型输注组和对照组，血小板输注3次以后检则血小板抗体。

The experiment showed: 1PER, EST and AMY were polymorphic, meanwhile the isozymic chromatograph could identify the cultivars in this study; 2Two multifoliolate cultivars had specific isozyme loci PER-4, and the level of PER activity of the internal cultivars was higher than the external cultivars; 3 Genetic similarity and euclidean coefficient between the cultivars were 0.826-0.952, 0.500-1.118, between the multifoliolate cultivars were 0.904, 0.500; 4 Multifoliolate cultivares were classified for one type, and others for two other types.

结果表明：1测定的5种同工酶中过氧化物酶、酯酶、淀粉酶具有多态性，综合此3种酶酶谱可以鉴定供试的7个品种；22个多叶型品种具有一共同特征酶带PER-4，国内品种的过氧化物酶活性明显高于国外品种；3品种间的遗传一致度为0.826～0.952，欧氏遗传距离为0.500～1.118，多叶型品种间遗传一致度为0.904，欧氏遗传距离为0.500；4等级聚类分析结果为，以欧氏遗传距离0.400为分界，供试品种分为3类，2个多叶型品种为一类，其余的5种三叶型品种分为另两类。

ALb and Ams of Angora and Tibetan foat had only one phenotype,they did not present polymorphism.The Tf of Angora goat had not polymorphism,but that of Tibetan goat had its polymorphism,The Akp,LDH and Es in goats of both breeds had polymorphisms,eapecially the phenotype of Es was more complex.
