Results The tinnitus frequency, severity of subjective tinnitus, audiogram types and some items of function test above hearing threshold were significantly different in the five groups (P.05). Specific features of pure-tone test were found in the five groups: tinnitus frequency was low, whole- frequency hearing threshold high, audiogram even, short increment sensitivity index at 1 kHz high and tone decline at 4 kHz low in the syndrome of invasion of wind-heat; tinnitus frequency was high, high-frequency hearing loss common, audiogram abruptly descending, SISI and TD at 4 kHz high in the syndrome of liver-fire up-stirring; subjective tinnitus was loud, audiogram abruptly descending or gradually descending, SISI and 7W at 4 kHz low in the syndrome of stagnation of phlegm-fire; tinnitus frequency was high, subjective tinnitus low, audiogram markedly descending or hill-like, SISI and TD at 4 kHz high in the syndrome of kidney-essence deficiency; average hearing loss was less, audiogram irregular but abruptly descending or notched in most cases, SISI at 4 kHz low in the syndrome of weakness of spleen-stomach.

结果］耳鸣频率、自觉耳鸣程度、听力图类型及部分阈上功能测试指标在各证型间具有显著性差异(P.05)，这些指标在不同的证型中表现出不同的特点：风热侵袭型的耳鸣频率较低，全频听阈升高，听力图多为平坦型，短增量敏感指数得分在1kHz较高，而4kHz音衰值较低；肝火上扰型的耳鸣频率较高，听力损失以高频为主，听力图多为陡降型，4kHz SISI得分及TD值均较高；痰火郁结型的自觉耳鸣响度较大，听力图以陡降型或缓降型为主，4kHz SISI得分及TD值均较低；肾精亏损型的耳鸣频率较高，而自觉耳鸣响度较低，听力图以显降型或山型为主，4kHz SISI得分及TD值均较高；脾胃虚弱型的平均听力损失较小，听力图无一定规律性，但以陡降型或切迹型为主，4kHz SISI得分较低。

The iris radius of 60 (93 eye) patients with early pupillary block primary angle closure glaucoma was measured with this method, it showed:(1) there was a statistically significant difference in iris radius between the patients with early stage primary pupillary block angle closure glaucoma and the normal subjucts (53 cases 106 eye) with the age matched group (P.01),(2) it is proved with the stepwise discriminatory analysis that the iris radius-the most significant bio-anatomic parameter of the anterior segment is usefull to diagnose early primary pupillary block angle closure glaucoma by stepwise discriminatory analysis.

本研究用此测量法测量了60例93只眼早期原发性瞳孔阻滞性闭角型青光眼的虹膜曲率半径，发现：（1）早期原发性瞳孔阻滞性闭角型青光眼患者的虹膜曲率半径小于同年龄正常人（53例106眼）的虹膜曲率半径，其差异具有显著性统计学意义（P.01）；（2）经多因素逐步判别分析证明本研究所提出的活体眼前节解剖学测量参数——虹膜曲率半径有助于原发性瞳孔阻滞性闭角型青光眼早期诊断。

When compared with S7 and its putative protein of Lymantria dispar cypovirus 1 and Bombyx mori cypovirus 1, 97.2% and 87.0% identities in the nucleotide level, and 98.7% and 92.8% identities in the amino acid level were found, repectively. 目的 探讨混合性生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤(mixed germ cell sex cord stromal tumor，MGCSCST)伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的临床病理特点及鉴别诊断。方法卵巢MGCSCST伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的病例进行临床病理特征和免疫表型分析。结果患者生殖器的解剖结构和女性表型正常，染色体组型是46xx，足月妊娠。肿瘤组织由混合性生殖细胞和性索间质肿瘤构成，混合性生殖细胞有显著的恶性特征。瘤组织中没有典型的性腺母细胞瘤结构。结论 MGCSCST有复杂的形态结构，因此更多的取材和切片可以防止误诊，当肿瘤组织中的混合性生殖细胞有高度恶性变异时，患者预后不良。卵巢肿瘤；生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤；免疫组织化学

Methods 59 male subjects with an age over 70 years old were included in this study. BMD at hip and lumbar 2-4 was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. CTR genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism.
