Results showed: in Podocarpus leaves, there is only one midrib, the xylem tracheid of midrib vascular bundle is multi-form, transfusion tissue belongs to Cycas-type and transfusion tracheids are isodiametric, the accessory transfusion tracheids between palisade tissue and sponge tissue are developed; in Nageia leaves, there are plenty of parallel leaves, the xylem tracheids of each vein are relatively simple, transfusion tissue belongs to Taxus-type and transfusion tracheids are longer in longitudinal section than that in transverse section, the accessory transfusion tissue between palisade tissue and sponge tissue is absent.

Based on this, aim at the disadvantage on Wigner Distribution and Fractional Fourier Transform that can't restrain noise interference effectively when be used to detect Linear Frequency Modulated signals interfered by heavy noises, we proposed a improved WD. Simulation results show that this method can restrain noise interference effectively and improve the ability of LFM signals detection. On the other hand, in multi-component cases, WD suffers from the cross-terms, which may impair some of the auto-terms. In order to separate original multi-component signals into components and reconstruct them separately, we can use the method of optimal filtering in fractional Fourier domain. But this method also has a problem that if signals have aliasing in the fractional Fourier optimal domain as well, the reconstructed signals will be distorted. In this thesis, a novel method of quasi Fourier transform is proposed in order to solve the problem of multi-component signal reconstruction, and have good results.

Treatments were as follows: fertilization during leaf-expansion period, fertilization during green-leaf period, and no fertilizer. Results showed that individual leaf area, thousand-leaf weight, and leaf distribution were relatively stable with little influence from fertilization. Fertilization during leaf-expansion compared to the green leaf period significantly increased leaf number, leaf weight per plant, and leaf area index. Fertilization during led-expansion also significantly increased the total weight of leaves corresponding to each branch. The 14th to the 17th branches had the largest number of leaves in the canopy with fertilization increasing the weight of each branch but not changing the center of the canopy.
