RESULTS:① No obvious sight defect was detected with the quantitative detection of automatic sight apparatus.② ECT cerebrospinal fluid imaging thought that proximal frontal sinus of right cerebral frontal lobe was the leakage, and the liquid glucose in nasal cavity was quantitatively confirmed to be cerebrospinal fluid.③ Cranial CT showed that cleft could be observed in bilateral frontal lobe and lateral ventricle, low-density gas shadow could be observed in cisterna ambiens, cortex of frontal bone was discontinuous, and bone matrix was trapped.④ ECG showed that right forehead and temple had irregular slow wave, and attack of θ wave. Brain topographic mapping showed that the δ power value of right forehead was increased.⑤ EPQ: The scores of extraversion-introversion, neuroticism, psychoticism and lie were 55, 55, 80 and 50 respectively;⑥ MMPI: The code showed a mode of 69/96, indicating that the brain organ tended to paranoid schizophrenia.

结果：①自动视野仪定量检测未发现明确视野缺损；②ECT脑脊液显像考虑右侧大脑额叶近额窦部为漏口；鼻腔液体糖定量证实是脑脊液；③头颅CT额叶及侧脑室双侧裂，环池见低密度气体影，额骨骨皮质不连续，骨质下陷；④脑电图右额、颞不规则慢波，有θ波发作；脑电地形图：右额δ功率值增高；⑤艾森克人格问卷：内外向分55、神经质分55，精神质分80，掩饰分50；⑥明尼苏达多相人格调查表：编码显示69/96模式，提示脑器质性偏执型精神分裂症；⑦症状自评量表：总分147、阳性项目分37，躯体化、强迫状态、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对和其他6项目平均分超过常模。

This dissertation studied the overcompensatory responses of cotton,Gossipium hirsutum L. plants to leaf loss, square loss and cell sap lossand the changes in some physiological and biochemical contents with timein the case of overcompensation. The artificial defoliation, early squareremoval and aphis colonization were used as three types of simulated ornatural herbivory. The target of this study is to elucidate thephysiological mechanism of cotton plant overcompensation for insectherbivory.

本文以棉花为实验材料，采用人工去除棉花一部分叶片、花蕾及接种棉蚜的方法，分别模拟昆虫食叶、食蕾及吸汁为害等三种为害方式，研究棉花对于失叶、失蕾及损失细胞汁液所产生的超补偿作用，及一些生理生化代谢随棉花发育时间进程变化的情形，以期较为系统地从多个方面阐明棉花对于虫害超补偿作用的生理学机制。

In order to explore the chemical regulation of the plant type dwarfing of Coleus blumei, its cutting plantlets were used as the experimental materials in this research. Through studying its height and cytological characters of each treatment, we found that spraying 800-fold liquor of 15% Paclobutrazol wettable powder and 7,000-fold liquor of 5% Unlconazole (S3307D) on its leaves had significant dwarfing effect on it; 400-fold liquor of 50% chlormequat chloride had not any.

The prior cycles with higher axial stress and larger strain range greatly restrains ratchetting strain of subsequent cycling with lower ones. Creep behavior plays an important role in the ratchetting strain and its influence on ratchetting behavior can not be neglected. Fracture morphology characteristics of two kinds of materials were investigated by scanning electron microscope. It shows that failure of material A is induced by cavitation and that of material B is induced by decohesion. For material A, with the decreasing strain amplitude the fracture surface shows more larger diameter globular particles under uniaxial loading and can be seen more obvious and deep crack under multiaxial loading. However for material B, with the decreasing strain amplitude fracture surface shows larger and larger scalelike shape and becomes more smooth under uniaxial loading, but fracture surface under multiaxial loading looks like more smooth than that of uniaxial loading, and shows gradually wave-like morphology.

通过扫描电子显微镜研究表明：材料A为空穴引起的失效，材料B为剥离导致疲劳破坏；随着载荷幅值的减小，材料A在单轴载荷下，断口表面浮出更多更大直径的球状颗粒，而多轴载荷下，可以看到很深的裂纹；随着载荷幅值的减小，材料B在单轴载荷下，断口表面鱼鳞片越来越大，表面越来越平整，而多轴载荷与单轴载荷相比，断口表面看上去更加平整，并且随着载荷幅值的减小，断口逐渐呈现波浪形貌；通过微观的傅立叶变换红外光谱分析，结果表明随着应变幅值的增加，无论载荷是单轴还是多轴状态下，橡胶材料吸光度比值随着幅值的增加而增加，这说明体系中的结晶含量也随之增加。

结果 成人多囊肾的主要影像学征象：腹部平片(45 例)显示肾影呈分叶状增大；囊壁钙化(14例)；多囊肾合并肾钙乳(8例)；肾盂造影(61例)，表现为肾盂、肾盏相互分离、变形、拉长；腹膜后充气造影(6例)：表现为肾影增大肾影与邻近器官之间的关系，其界限清晰可辨；CT扫描(30例)：表现为肾内多数大小不等的薄壁圆形低密度区；B型超声(47例)表现为肾内多个类圆形无回声的液性暗区。结论影像学检查有助于提高多囊肾的诊断的准确性。

The antifungal activities of these materials were investigated and build foundation to develop low poison plant antifungal products. In experiment, polyphenols were extracted by reflux ectraction method which applyed petroleum ether to degrease and methyl alcohol solvent. Phenolic hydroxyl were examined and inspected by colour-developing reaction and the content of total polyphenols was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Screening test were performed to the antifungal activities of polyphenol extraction by the tube dilution method to the selected ten pathogenic fungus such as Dothiorella gregaria, Rhizoctonia solani, Phyllosticta pirina, and the minimal inhibitory concentration were measured. The column chromatography and thin layer chromatography were applyed to separate and analyse cortex extracts of Dracaena cochinchinensi Lour.

实验部分采用以石油醚脱脂，甲醇为溶剂的回流提取法来提取植物多酚，用显色反应检识酚羟基；采用紫外分光光度法对多酚粗体物进行总多酚含量的测定；选取了聚生小穴壳菌、立枯丝核菌、梨叶点霉等10株常见农林业致病真菌，采用试管液基稀释法对多酚粗提取物进行了抗真菌活性筛选试验，并测定其最低抑菌浓度；采用柱层析法和薄层层析法对其中抑菌效果较好的龙血竭进行分离分析，根据其中3种化合物的光谱数据UV、IR、~(13C-NMR、1H-NMR和MS鉴定其结构。

Leaves. Result: Extraction temperature had effect on total flavonoids yield, and ethanol concentration had more obvious effect than extraction temperature. The more natural storage time, the less total flavonoids content, and the average descent rate was 24.74% per year. The flavonoids content from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd. gathered between August and October was the highest. The total flavonoids content was higher in the new leaves of Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd.

结果：乙醇体积分数对总黄酮提取量有显著影响，提取温度对总黄酮提取量有影响；多穗柯自然存放时间越长，总黄酮含量越低，平均每年下降24.74%；不同季节采摘的多穗柯其总黄酮含量以8~10月最高；经对怀化多穗柯嫩叶和老叶中总黄酮的提取测定表明，多穗柯中嫩叶总黄酮含量最高，二年生最低。
