A Multi-Species Cooperative PSO algorithm is developed using the ideas of species dividing in the bionomical world. The algorithm is shown to have guaranteed convergence to the global optimum. Furthermore, the training strategies of RBF network structures and weights based on the MCPSO aigorithm is proposed. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective in such fields as chaotic time-sequence forecasting, system identification, speech signal processing and etc.

在分析基本微粒群算法和协同微粒群算法特点的基础上，借鉴生态学中的种群划分思想，设计出一种多种群协同进化微粒群算法，并分析了该算法的收敛性能；在分析径向基函数神经网络结构的基础上，提出了基于多种群协同进化微粒群算法的径向基函数神经网络结构和权值优化设计策略，并在混沌序列预测、系统辨识、语音信号处理等应用仿真实验中验证了算法的有效性。

The new algorithm uses the particle aggregation quality to judge that if the particles in the swarm are congregative so much,then apply the differential evolution to mutate the self prevenient best position of each particle,in order to realize the aim of preserving the varieties of the swarm.

该算法对于单调函数、严格凸或单峰函数，能在初始时很快向最优值行进，但在最优值附近收敛较慢。对于多峰函数，则更容易出现所谓&早熟&现象，即局部收敛[3]。粒子群算法出现&早熟&现象的主要原因是缺乏种群多样性。

In this paper, a Multiple Ant Colony based Routing Algorithm is proposed for routing optimization designing, in which the communication messages sent by nodes for searching the optimal route are treated as ants with limited life-span. Through the ants' movement and Populations' cooperation, the main routing path and multiple candidate routing paths can be distributedly obtained.

提出了一种基于多蚁群无线传感器网络路由算法，采用多种群并行搜索，并在种群中采用基于目标函数值得启发式信息素分配策略和根据目标函数自动调整蚂蚁搜索路径，利用蚁群的分布式特点，通过有限寿命蚂蚁的协作在源节点与目的节点之间的运动获取主路径和备选路径，然后根据节点信息适时更新路由表。

The multiresolution time-domain algorithm based on the scaling function of the Daubechies wavelet is introduced, and the perfectly matched layer absorbing boundary condition for the algorithm is deduced. In order to overcome the difficulties due to the nonlocalized property of the MRTD basis functions, the pure scattered-field formulation is adopted. The method presented is applied to the scattering analysis of multiple conducting objects, and the numerical results are compared with those by the traditional finite-difference time-domain method. It is shown that the computational resource is reduced drastically without sacrificing much accuracy.

对基于Daubechies小波尺度函数的时域多分辨分析算法进行了详细论述，推导了MRTD算法的完全匹配层吸收边界条件，为克服传统MRTD方法中基函数存在着非局部性的缺点，在源的加入上采用了纯散射场方法；并应用该算法对多目标的电磁散射特性进行了分析，数值结果表明，MRTD算法与传统的时域有限差分法结果相吻合，大大节约了计算资源。
