BMPR-IB gene as a fecundity candidate gene was studied in Cele sheep(44 blood samples), Duolang sheep(49 blood samples), Hu sheep (32 blood samples),Chinese Merino monotocous line(40 blood samples) and Chinese Merino (47 blood samples) by PCR-RFLP.

本研究以绵羊BMPR-IB基因作为多胎候选基因，采用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片段长度多态性技术，对策勒羊(44只)、多浪羊(49只)、湖羊(32只)、中国美利奴羊多胎类型(40只)以及中国美利奴羊(47只)进行了分析研究。

Based on the method of well-logging multiscale analysis, the multiscale characters and the fusion of logging curves under different scales are studied systematically to extract the multicycle features of strata and to establish the corresponding relation between logging data and strata and therefore the improved logging data can be better applied to the evaluation of sequence stratigraphy. Based on the multiscale analysis theory of wavelet, single logging curve is processed through multiscale analyzing.

本文旨在利用建立的测井多尺度分析方法，系统研究测井信号的多尺度特性和不同测井曲线的多尺度信息融合，从原始测井信号中提取出地层的多旋回特征，建立测井数据向地质目标的映射关系，以期将测井资料更好地应用于层序地层评价。

(1) 负荷等级、负荷方式及路面条件对行走过程中腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌AEMG具有显著影响，且负荷等级与负荷方式之间交互作用显著；左手负重行走时腰部竖脊肌AEMG与右手负重时不存在显著差异，但背部负重时的竖脊肌AEMG值明显小于单侧手负重时的AEMG值；(2)多裂肌的AEMG值在不同负重方式下行走时均无显著差异；(3)路面条件对腰部肌肉AEMG值具有显著影响，上楼时腰部竖脊肌、多裂肌的AEMG值显著大于平地和下楼时的AEMG值；(4)单侧手持负荷且当负荷等级达到一定水平时，腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌对侧的AEMG值显著大于同侧。

The experiment showed: 1PER, EST and AMY were polymorphic, meanwhile the isozymic chromatograph could identify the cultivars in this study; 2Two multifoliolate cultivars had specific isozyme loci PER-4, and the level of PER activity of the internal cultivars was higher than the external cultivars; 3 Genetic similarity and euclidean coefficient between the cultivars were 0.826-0.952, 0.500-1.118, between the multifoliolate cultivars were 0.904, 0.500; 4 Multifoliolate cultivares were classified for one type, and others for two other types.

结果表明：1测定的5种同工酶中过氧化物酶、酯酶、淀粉酶具有多态性，综合此3种酶酶谱可以鉴定供试的7个品种；22个多叶型品种具有一共同特征酶带PER-4，国内品种的过氧化物酶活性明显高于国外品种；3品种间的遗传一致度为0.826～0.952，欧氏遗传距离为0.500～1.118，多叶型品种间遗传一致度为0.904，欧氏遗传距离为0.500；4等级聚类分析结果为，以欧氏遗传距离0.400为分界，供试品种分为3类，2个多叶型品种为一类，其余的5种三叶型品种分为另两类。
