Lastly, Iam referring to the complexity of collective design team organizations working on different projects.The fact is that our social work division is moreintricate and variegated today; Architects mustby necessity negotiate with governmentalauthorities, material suppliers, engineeringconsultants, quantity surveyor, contractors,planning authorities, landscape architects, interiordesigners, acoustical engineers, et cetera besidesjust our clients. Meanwhile, projects and designteams tend now to be a globally dispersednetwork. All of these things are challenging theconventional architectural practice, it'sorganization, and administration significantly.

Complex可以从3个层面上理解：首先是指设计形式上的复杂性，即引入计算机数字化技术后，建筑师可以设计和控制更高级、更复杂的几何形体，而不是简单地发挥计算机复制、粘贴的画图优势，让计算机真正参与到设计过程中，带来更多设计形式上的可能性（需要指出的是，这种形式上的演进已经从开始的直觉行为转成由系统理论指导的理性应用）；第二，是指与社会学相关的复杂性，科技让人们更多更快地接受和传递信息，建筑和城市空间的功能性变得越来越模糊，无法预知，随时间调整自身、不断变化的空间正在不自觉地逐步取代原有功能确定的传统空间，或者说一个空间要承受比以前晰释复杂性ARTICULATING COMPLEXITY多得多的功能要求；最后，是指在一个建筑方案内团队组织的复杂性，社会分工越来越详尽，建筑师要面对的除了甲方和使用者，还有政府权力部门、材料供应商、工程技术部门、合同签约顾问、城市规划部门、景观设计师、室内设计师、音响设计师等等相关的合作单位，同时，在项目和设计职员的地域分布上更趋向全球化，这些都带给建筑事务所内部管理和组织上前所未有的复杂性。

Based on the work by the forerunners, this paper do some investigation about various kinds of data transmission format, for example, CBERS-1-02B CCD double channel data transmission, WFI and IRMSS, SPOT-2/4 single channel multiple work modes, LandSat 5 TM multi frame structure, HJ-1A/B single channel multiple sensor and so on, make some conclusion about the common parts of transimission foramt of different sensors, which meet the requirement of easy production, extraction and transmission, at the same time, the author made the quick view data format which is fit for multiple satellites and sensors.

作者在总结前人研究工作的基础上，结合国家对航天对地观测地面系统一体化和数据标准化的要求，针对光学、红外、高光谱等传感器卫星原始数据格式，如：CBERS-1-02 卫星的CCD、WFI与CBERS-1的IRMSS多通道多传感器数据传输格式的特点；SPOT 2/4的单通道多工作模式数据的特点；LandSat5卫星TM复帧数据结构数据的特点；针对HJ-1A/B卫星单通道多传感器数据传输格式的特点等原始数据格式进行了详细分析，总结不同传感器数据格式的共性部分，满足数据格式便于生成、解析和传输的特点，研究制定了适用于多种卫星、多种传感器的快视数据格式。

Today afternoon go to do ShangZhan,arrive there at two O'clock,then time only two people, I think sure can ok soon ,but go to do it on four floor and go to one floor,ah,sudden have more people,I have to stand in a line,have a good many people pay money , more people do it .everyone over have sevel order ,really so annoy,why everyone come here on today? no easy turn to me,really indignant,my order have one item not see,and must rejigger,that is cruel,no way,none but stand in a line again,ah,waiting and waiting,until is ok at four O'clock.

今天下午去办商检，2点钟就去到了，那时只有两个人，心想肯定会很快办好，点知上去四楼做完单去到地上，呀，突然多了这么多人呀，我不得不排队，付钱又多人，出单就更多人了，人人都几份单以上，真是烦死人，都不知点解人人都今天来，好不容易轮到我了，真是激气，有一项电脑显示不出来，又要更改，真是惨呀，没办法啦，只有又排队了，唉，等呀等，等到4点几才办好。

Cu/Zr nano-multilayer films are prepared by Direct Current magnetron sputtering in the silex substrate, and the box-type furnace is used to anneal. Micro-sclerometer, X-ray Diffractometer and Scanning Probe Microscope are used to analyze the mechanical performance and microstructure of Cu/Zr nano-multilayer films. The relation of process parameters and performance is investigated.
