The method of designing artificial knee joints through surface matching between outer face of the replaced knee joint and femoral surface of the massive allogenic bone is proposed to simplify the clinic operation.

提出了依据手术切除部位膝关节的外表面与异体骨的股骨端面的曲面匹配结果来设计人工膝关节面的方法，简化了手术方案；完成了髓内针﹑融合笼及其辅助部分的研制；对髓内针的定位位置和方向，髓内针和融合笼的联接方式进行了深入的研究，提出了相应的解决方案。

Results:There were 26 intraspinal extramedullary tumors,4 intramedullary tumors,11 myelitis,3 localized ischemic necrosis or malacia of spinal cord.

结果：椎管内髓外肿瘤26例，髓内肿瘤4例，脊髓炎症11例，脊髓局限性坏死软化3例。

Results Amyloid polyneuropathy is chronic progressive peripheral neuropathy,can be accompanied by injured of cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract and kidneys;pathological changes showed:Kongorot staining positive,amyloid deposited in endoneurium,perineurium and vascular adventitia,a marked reduction in the number of myelinated fibers and unmyelinated fibers,segmental demylinated.

结果 本病为慢性进行性周围神经病，可伴有心、胃肠、肾等损伤。病理改变示刚果红染色阳性，可见类淀粉物沉积于神经内膜、束膜及血管壁外膜，有髓及无髓纤维减少，节段性脱髓鞘。

Methods: 50 normal Wistar male rats were randomly divided into five geoups: the sham operated group, injury model group, shenjindan capsule treat group, high dose and low dose group (duzhongyaotong pill treat, D and E)(n=10each). Autogenous nucleus pulposus was removed from the coccygeal vertebral and placed into the back of left L5~6 nerve root, The modle of the non-compressive nucleus pulposus protrusion was created by transplanting autogenous nucleus pulposus in the back of left L5~6 nerve roots. At tow weeks, the SP in dorsal root ganglion was determined by immunohistochemistry.

取健康Wistar大鼠50只，随机分为假手术组、模型组、对照组、高剂量组（D组、腰腿理痛散高剂量组）、低剂量组（E组、腰腿理痛散低剂量组），每组10只，将大鼠自身的尾椎髓核取出移植于左侧硬膜外腔L5、L6神经根背侧，造成非压迫性大鼠自体髓核移植硬膜外模型，通过免疫组化的方法测定大鼠2周时DRG中CGRP的变化。

The results of study show:1. White pulp and red pulp in parenchyma of spleen of embryo can be obviously discerned after 18 days. Periarterial lymphoid sheath and ellipsoid periarterial lymphoid sheath also can be obviously discerned in spleen of 4 days chicken. T, B lymphocytes in appendix basement of embryo emerge after 20 days. It is the initial shape of cecal tonsil. Crypt structure of conjunction of esophago and stomachus glandularis form obviously at 4 days. It is the initial shape of esophago tonsil. The germinal center firstly emerges in these three organs at 14 days. With the increase of day age, the characteristic structure peripheral immune organs gradually develop mature. Spleen achieve mature at 21 days and cecal tonsil at 35 days.2. IgM~+ and IgA~+ cells in spleen of embryo emerge at 15 days. IgG~+ cell, CD3~+ and CD8~+T lymphocytes of embryo emerge at 20 days. CD3~+, CD8~+ and IgM~+ cells in cecal tonsil of embryo emerge at 20 days. However CD4~+, IgG~+ and IgA~+ cells all emerge in 1 day age chicken out of crust. CD3~+, CD4~+, CD8~+, IgM~+ and IgG~+ cells in esophago tonsil of embryo all emerge at 20 days. However IgA~+ cells emerge in 1 day age chicken out of crust.3. The amount of T, B lymphocytes in peripheral immune organs increase follow with the increase of day age, and hold an upgrade tendency. The amount of T, B lymphocytes in spleen achieved stabilization at 21 days, and in tonsil of esophago and appendix at 35 days.

研究结果表明：1、在组织结构方面，脾脏实质内的白髓与红髓在胚胎18日龄后明显可辨，4日龄雏鸡脾脏中形成明显可辨的动脉周围淋巴鞘和椭球周围淋巴鞘；盲肠基部T、B淋巴细胞在胚胎20日龄时开始出现，即初步形成盲肠扁桃体；食管与腺胃结合处在4日龄时形成明显的隐窝结构，即食管扁桃体初步形成；14日龄时，三种器官中首次出现生发中心；随着日龄的增长，外周免疫器官特征结构不断发育成熟，脾脏在21日龄时达到成熟水平，盲肠扁桃体和食管扁桃体在35日龄时达到成熟水平。2、在T、B淋巴细胞出现时间方面，脾脏中IgM~+和IgA~+细胞在胚胎15日龄时开始出现，IgG~+细胞、CD3~+和CD8~+T淋巴细胞在胚胎18日龄时出现，CD4~+细胞在胚胎20日龄时出现；盲肠扁桃体中CD3~+、CD8~+和IgM~+细胞在胚胎20日龄时开始出现，而CD4~+、IgG~+和IgA~+细胞均在雏鸡出壳后1日龄时出现；食管扁桃体中CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、IgM~+和IgG~+细胞均在胚胎20日龄时开始出现，而IgA~+细胞则在雏鸡出壳后1日龄时出现。3、在T、B淋巴细胞数量变化方面，外周免疫器官中T、B淋巴细胞的数量随日龄增长，整体均呈上升趋势。

Of the 26 lesions with pontine and bulbar involvement, three had no association with other lesions (Fig 2). Twelve were associated with tegmental and superior cerebellar peduncular extension, and six showed corticospinal tract involvement in continuity with an MDJ lesion. In one patient with additional telencephalic lesions, the right side of the pons was hyperintense on long TR/TE images that did not cross the midline, suggestive of an arterial lesion (Fig 3). In two patients with pontine tegmental lesions, there was an associated middle cerebellar peduncle and deep cerebellar white matter involvement (Fig 4). Two others had associated cervical lesions.

在26处脑桥延髓区病灶中，3处病灶仅限于脑桥延髓区，其它部位无病灶（图2）；12处病灶还同时伴有背盖部和小脑上脚/结合臂处病灶；6处病灶为与中脑-间脑接合处病灶相连的皮质脊髓束受累；还有1例患者除端脑见病灶外，右侧脑桥于T2像也见高信号病灶，但未超越正中线，提示可能系动脉病变所致（图3）；2例脑桥背盖部病灶的患者同时伴有小脑中脚/小脑脑桥脚和小脑深部白质受累（图4）；还有2处脑桥延髓区病灶还同时伴有颈髓病灶。

Results 5 cases of ependymocytoma, 3 cases of astrocytoma, 1 medulloblastoma hemangioblastoma in 10 cases of intra-medullary tumor; 36 cases of neurogenic tumor, 11 cases of spinal meningioma in 47 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor; 2 cases of neurogenic tumor strided over scleromeninx;2 cases of extradural metastatic tumor, 1 cestodiasis, 2 cases of epidural hematoma, which were mistaken for hemangioma before surgical operation and 1 vascular malformation in 4 cases of intraspinal nontumorous occupying lesion.

结果：10例髓内肿瘤中，室管膜瘤5例；星形细胞瘤3例；血管母细胞瘤1例；成神经管细胞瘤1例。47例脊髓外硬膜下肿瘤中，神经源性肿瘤36例；脊膜瘤11例。2例跨硬膜内外生长的神经源性肿瘤2例。硬膜外的转移瘤2例。4例椎管内非肿瘤性占位性病变中，椎管内绦虫病1例；硬膜外血肿2例，术前误为血管瘤；血管畸形1例。

Methods:The wounds of 131 patients （164 limbs）were thoroughly debrided and closed as early as possible.After the debridement, 107 limbs were treated with external fixation , 34 limbs with unreamed interlocked tibial nails, 11 limbs with steel plates , and so on.

131例（164肢）患者入院创面反复冲洗清创，早期修复软组织为主，提供软组织修复的初期稳定，选择合适的固定方式，外支架固定107肢，不扩髓绞锁髓内钉固定34肢，钢板内固定11肢，石膏外固定7肢等。

In addition, many studies of patients with AVN showed plenty of special characteristics,such as age distribution and bone quality.Objective:To study the geometric features of proximal femur for the Chinese AVN population,in order to prove the existence of special characteristic of proximal femur for the disease and then develop an AVN-specialized stem evaluated by a validated finite element analysis.Methods:1.The author investigated the standard X-ray data of 127 cases(179 hips) with definite diagnosis of AVN to provide anatomical references for this disease.At the same time,we conducted a meta-analysis of anatomical studies of normal proximal femur data,including the section of LT+20,LT,LT-20 and CFI to identify the potential difference between AVN and normal population.

方法1、通过研究AVN患者标准X线正、侧位片127例(179髋)，获得股骨近端的解剖学数据，利用荟萃分析的方法比较AVN患者股骨近段髓腔特征平面(LT+20，LT，LT-20)及CFI的改变与以往研究数据的差异，并利用创伤性FNF患者资料代替正常人股骨数据进一步比较髓腔前、后、内、外四条曲线段上的差异。2、通过结合现代CAD技术，将内、外、前、后曲线拟合到AVN柄的外形上，选用短柄假体设计，近段设计利用AVN患者骨髓腔CT相对应位置的断面进行修正，设计AVN人工股骨柄。3、计算机三维有限元分析：①使用CAD软件SolidWorks和有限元软件Ansys所建立的髋关节股骨侧假体置换后的三维有限元模型。
